If you are looking for a difficult part to find, dont waste your time with chains like AutoZone. This company is a real parts store with a lot of inventory. The salesperson that helped me knew exactly where the part I needed was located on the shelf. Thats not common these days. I went to a few other places before going here, so save your precious time and just make one trip.

This has to be one of the worst run stores in your company. If you are going to employee someone to sell parts they should at least know why they are doing. You have 2 customers inside building and 3 employees two of whom are drivers and the drivers you have won’t help anyone. I am just a driver. Waited over 30 minutes to be told I don’t know what your looking for. Poor guy behind me still waiting. I will never come back to this store. EVER!!!
They had my part when no one else did that was a huge save for me.

I had a part from an independent store in Los Angeles California to return for a core. The clerk there said I could return it at any store and get my money back. He was wrong. When I needed a part again I came to this store and was waited on by the store manager, David, who informed me that the part must be from a supplier he cant use because his corporate store log in couldnt find the part number and because of that he couldnt take it and give me my core fee back at first, but after a little effort on his part to manuever through their system somehow found a way to help me here instead of turning me away and sending me back to the west coast for my money because the computer said to. Awesome customer service!! Will definitely be doing more business with napa now than I did before.

After dealing with napa auto parts for over 40 years . i have never seen workers that were not familiar with Chevrolet . I had to explain educate & order the same part 4 times and this location is not worth a visit i never was able to buy from them so oreilly auto parts found it in 20 seconds

They loaned me a screwdriver and gave me a fresh razor out of their desk drawer so I could change my registration sticker and put on my new plates because I just moved here and I dont have any tools yet and I was broke at the moment and they were very very very nice to do such a thing when I wasnt even purchasing anything thanks guys

Napa is a very good place. They seem to always have everything I need. I run a land clearing company and sometimes I need a hose or a tool. Or a socket that nobody else has. Even if they dont have it they can get it pretty quick. The
This is my go-to for auto parts! Employees at other shops have limited knowledge or their prices are outrageous. Definitely convenient here, in and out quickly with what you need. I will forewarn the customer service isnt anything fantastic. If you go in knowing exactly what you need, or a general idea, youre in great shape. But Ive seen employees publicly voice their frustration for the customer right in front of them.
Quick pickup and core exchange for online purchase
Every other auto parts store in the area will install wiper blades that you purchase from them. This location says that they do not install here. Won’t be going here again.

Disappointed by customer service
Was very excited to find the shocks I needed on their website. They even have a feature where you can reserve the parts online and you get a 10% discount. Print out the receipt and go get them at your local NAPA the next day.Went to get my parts and when I tell the guy my name and that Im picking up 2 shocks that I reserved online for his store he says oh...i meant to call you. Im sorry I forgot. The. Proceeded to inform me that he doesnt have any of those shocks in stock, there is one in the DFW warehouse and the second one will take a week to get to the store. I asked what the next shock up in price was that was available and it was more money than the parts store down the road by 15 dollars.I also needed fuel filters for a diesel Jeep. He looks them up and says he can get one there in 2 days for $35. I ask if that is one or 2 because the Jeep takes 2 filters...he says its 2. SUPRISE!! When I picked up the part 2 days later...its only one! I did not order the second from NAPA as Ive had enough of going to not get the parts Im asking for.Good luck getting something if its not sitting on the shelf in their store and you can verify physically that its what you need.
Napa has always been the place to get parts for 2 reasons, better parts and the most knowledgable counter help in the industry.
I just switched to Napa Parts they seem of very good quality and are reasonable priced, I also like that I can lookup the part I need online and order it and then pick it up at the store, very nice
I just recently moved to Texas. I have not done a great job with getting my car serviced because I always feel like I am going to walk into a place and get taken advantage of because I am a woman. My first time at Napa, I came in told them what I needed and they took care of it right away. All the men were gentlemen and talked to me respectfully. They even pushed out the dent that was in the front of my car. They may have seemed like a small deed to them but to me it was everything. My second time here, I needed an oil change and one of the guys went over prices and allowed me to make a decision. He was not pushy and was extremely respectful. My visit here is always pleasant and I know that they are going to take great care of me and my car. Thank you Napa Off of Denton Highway.

This is okay if you need a part now but if you have a couple days try online . I just priced and Napa añd auto zone on a part like 230$ got part online 56$ had to wait 2 days but thats a difference

They werent able to test my alternator, but referred me to a shop that can help!When it comes to great customer service and a higher level of quality auto parts, Choose Napa!You wont regret the $5 or $10 extra you spend on better parts when youre driving your car instead of fixing the same issue again with cheap parts.Often times Ive found Napa to be even better priced than the other 3 parts stores. Do yourself a favor and shop Napa when you need parts.
They always have majority of every part available that I always need. All the other parts stores rarely have what I need in stock... Napa is my go to store... also they have better quality parts....
Matt helped with what we needed, but we were shocked when we saw the total. We showed him the coupon when we started shopping, we then collected the items which included sets of wiper blades for the entire family. We were supposed to get 20% off of all that we could fit into the 99cent NAPA bag we were buying. I again offered the coupon. He said that he didnt need it. After the total came to over $128, I asked where was the 20% discount? Matt then said that there is no discount on sale items. (Every item we bought was a sale item!)Horrible way to handle customers. I wont use this store again. (At least when Matt is working).Update: evidently the owners responded and asked for my email so that the could respond. When I emailed them back (and I tried twice) with the requested info, the email bounced back. No such recipient. Seriously?

Recently came in to get the simples things for a oil filter. First off the guy gave me the wrong oil filter after repeating the make and model of the vehicle. When I went back up to get the right one the worker was rude and non chalant.
The guy working the counter is so unhappy and miserably rude, then tries to charge me double the price for some wax that I regularly buy there. No more NAPA
