Not completely satisfied with Boost Mobile itself. But I was completely satisfied with the young man that was running the Boost Mobile store in Haltom City this morning. Very knowledgeable and very very helpful. Although he was very busy with a bunch of customers. He still handled everything perfectly. I sure hope he gets recognized for his hard work and his ability to take care of his customers since he did not have any help and there were a lot of customers in the store. He would be quite an asset to any company very good young man. Thank you so much for your help today

To start off all the little pop-up stores are franchises theyre not directly under boost mobile meaning any discrepancy with a certain store its out of the companys reach. Knowing this they really dont have to offer any customer service whatsoever, and knowing that it is a small independent store theyre probably going to do whatever it takes to make their Commission. Just be sure youre certain on what youre getting as they do not offer refunds, even on new phones.

Roeli was very helpful and hardworking!Thank you so much for helping me get a new phone. My old one broke and I needed a new one asap! He knew the best deals and his products, he described everything to me so flawlessly making it so much easier to choose the best boost upgrade.

Switched to Boost, from another company.Sales person was nice however sold me a phone that constantly reboots. After researching the device it’s know to have this issue. From the sales persons perspective I was getting a very good deal.Overall cell service is lacking as well. Won’t send texts or load videos in certain areas.

Will never come back will not recommend this place to family or friend.For the people how work here you come to work and your job has a lot to do with costumer service have patience with your costumers,you get paid for this. this guy working the afternoon shift has no respect for his costumers.Boost mobile needs new and better employees!!

Terrible customer service ... to begin with the guy wasnt wearing his mask ... I asked him a question and he scoffed at my question ... I told him I wasnt telling a joke and that he respect me and he didnt. .he kept making fun ... Id better change company And add a star because otherwise you cant leave a comment but the truth is, you dont deserve any stars ... people like this uneducated and unprofessional shouldnt work in customer service .
