Went in to fix front and back of iPhone X. They didnt have the correct color in stock. I said okay I’ll settle for red even though it doesn’t match my black. I was charged $216 for that just to get it fixed even if it doesn’t match. I go back to pick up my phone and they put orange on the backside. The worker says he doesn’t know the difference between red and orange. To make matters worse the repair was shotty. Adhesive is sticking out of the back plate of my iPhone.Long story short, go to a reputable cell phone repair store that has stock, doesn’t fudge numbers of prices when they mess up, and fixes phones correctly.

Saw a iphone on offer up for a really good price but when i turned at the store they tryna sell me a trash iphone in which the face unlocking doesn’t work. They asked for extra $ for the one which face unlocking was working, fam I wasn’t there to buy a iphone 5, stay away you’ll - real talk. 🖖

I bought a phone here and within two weeks it was not working properly. You couldn’t hear anyone calling in or the person calling in couldn’t hear you. I guess as soon as the guy started stating that they never have issues with their phones and wouldn’t mind putting a new junky battery for a slide of hand, I should of walked off. The problem here is it is not about helping a customer, it’s about selling bulk phones that have been bought cheap and reselling without really knowing what condition they are in. Its all a gamble on whether they will work but worth a few customers crying about a bad phone. Not a good way to do business.

Kind people but I bought an iPhone X and I factory reseted it and a Microsoft account popped up instead of an iCloud account. So I had to take it back and they exchanged it which was nice of them but I’m sure the Microsoft account is still there but it works like an iPhone. Now I have to find out if it connects to my carrier. Just be careful and reset it Infront of them but they’ll try to tell you “everything works” but do it anyways AND KEEP RECEIPT. Good people just hmm don’t know how I feel about the phone. They don’t do refunds and I wasn’t going to exchange it for anything else because Nothing was really good in there besides the phones. Good luck. Or just look on OfferUp or save up for a phone you know isn’t rigged to work. And just so you know no iPhone has an option for no Face ID or Face ID. It’s simply not anything unless it’s old. So just get it with Face ID

Horrible!!!! I have nothing good to say about this place! They don’t accept anything but cash!! Overpriced devices that DO NOT WORK!!! They are not like new. THEY ARE TRASH. NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU SPEND!!! They will do you dirty in the end so please be careful. Check for cracks, camera damage and the battery. They will say it’s all god then later say you did it when you try to get it fixed. I’d definitel go to ANYONE BUT THEM.

I saw an ad on Facebook Marketplace yesterday, and I needed a phone fast so I messaged them right at 7:00 (closing time lol) and they said they’d wait for me to get there. All I can say is Ron is amazing. I called him before his store was closing one night . He told me what he could do and he did more than that. He exceeded my expectations.I had an issue with my OnePlus 6T the screen blacked out while I was on a trip in the Dominican Republic last week. I had amazing photos on that phone and had to wait till I got back to the states to get a replacement. Unfortunately, T-Mobile who does not have stores in the D.R.. kept telling me the only thing I could do is to retrieve everything was upload everything from Google to my new phone NEWS FLASH @T-mobile.. The issue with that is when the screen blacks out you dont have access to the phone it doesnt come on and its not going to back up the data as scheduled 🤦🏾‍♀️. (highly disappointed in them considering how much I pay a month)I even went into a T-Mobile store and they can no longer transfer data because they dont have the cell brite machine anymore. NO BUENO. I wish some places would go back to physical ways of resolving issues because everything is not going to work wirelessly especially in cases like this.Nevertheless, I had to pay extra money and go to an outside resource. I should ask them for a credit since they coiuldnt successfully take care of the issue. Im so glad that I was able to get in contact with Ron. When I brought the old phone and the new phone into the store he basically would have had to order a part I would take a few days and it was going to cost more and I need to return the old phone within 10 days of receipt of the new phone. On a whim he said that he could just swap out the motherboard. Quick-witted and good thinking and it was a great idea saved me time, money and my phone works perfectly.Biggest satisfaction is that I got all of my amazing photos back🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾Thank you again Ron I appreciate you so much.Your time and effort is priceless!!!!!!You got a customer and great referral source for life!Crystal

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!Do not buy a phone from this place if Sprint is your carrier. I bought an iPhone 8 plus 400.00 this phone will not work on the Sprint Network. This place did give a 30 warranty however I live out of state and no one answers when you call it goes strait to voice mail.
