Best customer service! Best experience!

Nice, Fun, Funny, and Professional etc! Is how I would describe Trent an employee at sprint! He went above and beyond meeting my needs every minute I was there, even when we ran into some technical difficulties I was even more satisfied when he saved me some money and I mean who don’t like saving money!!! I rate Trent 5 stars and the company 5 stars for having such a great employee, and employees and I say employees because Tino and Judy were also just as nice and professional!!! Excellent customer service for this sprint and employees highly recommended to all!!!

My son and I had the best experience at your sprint store today! We were helped by a Trent and Tino who were both amazing! It is my sons birthday today and they showed him such hospitality and were able to help us upgrade his phone without no issues! They were so gracious as to even give him a screen protector AND phone case (a very good one) for his phone! Trent even offered my son a red velvet cupcake that he had! Thank you guys for such a great and friendly experience at sprint! You really made our day! I would strongly recommend going to see Trent or tino or both! They are great!

Thanks to the amazing people that work at this location. Sent my 89 year old Dad in for his new phone. They were kind and patient explaining to him how his new smart phone works. Living out of town getting someone to help him was a concern... they were amazing!!!!

Everyone in the store was very helpful, I went to 3 others before this one and no one would help me. Tino and his other employees made my experience great, helped me with all my problems and where very kind and professional. Will only go to this location from now on. Not the best customer service. I initially thought this store was going to be very helpful, as I had been through 2 previous stores that could not help me due to inventory errors, and this store had said they had the phones I needed. But that was not the case. they ended up losing a 1500 dollar sale on two iPhone 8’s, over a system error on their part. They then said there was nothing they could do to correct the error, and so here I am, frustrated, and STILL looking for a store that’s actually interested in selling phones. THANKS!

This is the worst customer service been here since 10am store opening Im black a Spanish lady came he spoke the old slow white man the Mexican man rep. Spoke me like Im waiting on a hand out will be call corporate

These guys are great a common thing ti say is they went out of there way but in my case they actually did Manny help me numerous times set up my account ported my numbers from another account and provided me two new phones and a hotspot device with no avtavation fee but nit only that when he had a question his coleUges did not treat either of us like a burden but helped as well i even flirted with one of the girls and she stayed professional and freindly the next day i broke one of the phonse manny came to my house picked it up and took to hurst to be repaired i have never been treated as well as this whole crew has treated me and will be a customer for life think you and managment knows how to hire my advice would be to advance the employees you have because your formula is working!!!!
