Well put together . The recovery of the store was most excellent and there toy section even showed they put work into recovery. Keep up the great work you gals are awesome. The customer service was most excellent.

I never see the same faces here but they all have one thing in common, they are all so friendly. They treat you like you matter. I never cared for these stores in the past but its changed at this location for sure. To They always have what I need and the best price on it. Love this store.

Had a brand new mop and the handle broke. Only wanted to exchange it for another one. First, no mops were available. Second, when I told the cashier she said I had to have a receipt. She should have told that to me from the beginning and I only wanted to exchange it not refund it. So not sure why I would need a receipt. She had the exact same brand for a broom at the front desk🤔

Always easier to shop at a store when you can park in front of the door. For me with anxiety I like coming out and getting to the car without being a target walking down a whole isle of hidden perps. It cuts down getting to your car safely for me. Needs more items and a shoppers update they never change. Its snacks at the door, garden to your left, grocers in the middle, dog and cleaner and auto and school supplies and plastic and house decor in the back and please make the clearance section more exciting. I feel weird in that little whole by the exit door and water fountain leading to the managers office and restrooms. I feel like Im in trouble so I dont stop. The bedding, candles, electronics, perfume and furniture to the right! Need more of the old mcfrugile...items lol yes I said McFrugile I miss the crystal dishes and candy bowls and what knots..yes I said that too..lol!!

This place was really clean and well stocked. Found things usually not found except in a specialty shop. Good shopping experience.

This place has gone through a management transition. A hood one. The place is well kept, the employees are presentable and polite. I watched one young employee should and talk to another respectfully on how to move shelving to maximize storage and display.

I like this big lots above the rest in my area. This location always has the friendliest staff. There is something about all Big Lots that I have wanted to know the answer and not even the employees are able to answer. Why does the store always look as if they are closing with more then 50% of the shelfs empty? Do they not realize they could save a ton of money by renting space more the size they need? Just wondering.

I bought 2 fans both were broken. I dont have a ride back up there because my ride is in the hospital.

I like to shop there occasionally but there prices have gone way up!

Not much to choose from. I bought something the week after Thanksgiving for a Christmas gift that was on sale. Then, I found out several weeks later the person all ready had it. I went to exchange it for a different game, but same brand. I told the cashier I needed to exchange. She refunded me the money. Huh!! I got a different game same brand and same original price. I was refused the sale price I paid for the other, which it should have just an even exchange. I was told this is Big Lots policy by the manager. I contacted corporate and was told the same.

Big lots in haltom is alright. Went to get a paper shreder. Found one and it works good. Frank was a big help. Great employee.

Good place but has very little furniture

Prices and selection are not what they use to be, less unusual finds and closeouts have been eliminated for regular stock merchandise, clearance can be a great spot to hit, but not in housewares, things tend to stay there overmarked until they are so badly damaged from shuffling around and poor zoning. Otherwise I love Big Lots. The previous Black Friday Sale left much to be desired and the stock left in the store was a testament to that.

Its a smaller one and hasnt been remodeled like the others in the area.

Always quick, good prices and easy to get to. Their clearance is always plentiful. However, my favorite thing is their bedding. I have purchased almost all of my bedding there, and it washes good.

Big Lots? A lot like a mini Walmart/Ross mix up. Good prices for many items. Especially good discounts on leftover seasonal items. Like up to 70% in some instances.

No mask enforcement whatsoever. People, including employees, are just walking around way too close to everyone without masks which are mandated by the county. Go here at your own risk.

Old building. Straight and clean for the most part. No trouble identifying prices. Whats missing here? CLOSEOUTS. the store is planogrammed or has manufactured (fake) closeouts. I used to come to find treasures. There arent any. Disappointing and probably why there was nobody there.

There were tons of cute spring garden fixtures and supplies. One of a kind items Ill have luck in finding here, also. This location seemed disorganized; the late layout was not fluent... finding groups of similar items placed all over the store in no discernable order and many items were without prices which is frustrating. Helpful associates and quick checkout line, though.

Big lots is a lot of fun! Some prices are really good others can be high. For instance, I was needing a king size bed frame . Big lots has then for 67.99. I went to Sams club and they had one for 37.99 big difference if you have a sams card. But overall lots of neat things you can get. Some nice furniture and lots of different foods.

Wide variety of electronic and mobile accessories bought a Bluetooth speaker from there for a gift and should have kept the receipt cuz not even a few weeks later it quit working and couldnt even get an exchange and basically lost money and management basically said youre out of luck and couldnt do anything for me. Poor management poor customer service bad communication. Would not recommend Big Lots to my worst enemy.

The prices are not discounted at all. They are clearly more expensive than Wal-Mart. I stopped here because it is closer but I always remember why I do not shop here regularly.
