Store is unorganized and every aisle is dirty! Staff is talking upfront while they have freight on the sales floor in the way. I mean if there is nothing to do they should be cleaning this store how do they expect for customers to find anything? Like the saying goes in retail “if your leaning your cleaning,” but they seem to have other priorities.

Never organized..standing outside waiting and its after 8am..doors are locked

Very limited baby products. And getting help with money gram was impossible. Girl said she didnt know how to retrieve money

Im only giving 3 based on the average stores Ive been to. They have dirty stores, rude employees & many have bad attitudes. There are a select few that I go to more than others and give a 4 for their stores, nice employees and mgmt.

The people were perfectly friendly.The staff was perfectly polite but the store was darker than most Dollar generals.the store was laid out differently than most Dollar generals so I just got the one item I needed and got the heck out

The Caucasian lady with red hair (Im assuming an assistant or store manager by the entitled behavior she presented) is the reason why I wont come back here. Her mouth is reckless and she has a poor attitude. Family dollar treats you better for the same value.

Its a mess. Every dollar general looks like a bomb went off after a tornado inside.

This store has gone threw sooooo many managers and staff and its one of the biggest DG stores and it has so many issues. Some of the staff is friendly and they really try bit the store is always a mess and the line is ALWAYS looooooong. I hate going in there, itd worse than going into a Walmart..

Always inexpensive shopping there... especially for my dog food!

The store wasnt that hot, until about six months ago when Patricia took over as manager. Its like a different store now! All the shelves are stocked straight, the product items seem to be where theyre supposed to be. Very neat and clean.! Scotts got the store put together real good.

Good deals for coupons. Average to lower pricing. Most stores are generally messy. Customer service is pretty much as expected. Customer service at the corporate level has been a good experience for me in the past. Generally willing to help out to make sure the customer is happy and will continue to shop at the locations. Parking has never been a problem as most stores are located in a strip shop mos of the time. I do pretty well getting deals using their app for coupons and using manufacturers coupons.

Tip the teller when you walk in the door and they will gladly overlook whatever you want to walk out with your own personal discount.

Store stocked very confusing, shelves a mess and alot bare and items seemed to be stuck wherever. Stock here and there and made to be presented for display for shopping. Felt rushed at cashier position and hurried off by them calling and serving next in line before I could get my things.

The employees here are very friendly & polite, even when its a few minutes to closing time & you come in with a grocery LIST! They arent rude & they dont stalk you telling you (face to face) every 45 seconds that the store is about to close like they do to you at some OTHER Dollar type stores.

These guys are just a little corner store, basically, in the little town of Haltom City; but theyre the staple of the neighborhood. Everybody is very friendly, Ive never seen the store in a dirty or unkept shape, and they never seem to be out of anything that they usually stock.

How have I missed this DG? Whoa! I guess I just dont get out much cuz this location is amazing! There is All kinds of stuff here! Outdoor activities things, kids stuff and the clothes section is really cool too!

Could not find some of my favorites the Ore-Ida instant mashed potato cups, and now a mbv s boots.....that could be seen or gotten off top shelfNone of their employees where very friendly.

Out of ALL the DG stores (and any store similar) this by far is my favorite location. Simply for the fact(s) that whenever I go there upon waking thru the door Im ALWAYS immediately greeted, the staff there has always been friendly and upbeat and outgoing and beyond helpful. I have never had an issue finding or getting any item(s) that I went there for (I dont recall them ever being out of stock on anything I personally went there to buy) tho usually I end up leaving with easily twice as much stuff than originally planned. (I blame their low prices for that, tho truthfully I just have a shopping as well as an arts and crafts hobby addiction!). They never seem to mind when I take hours to decide what to buy and most the time theyll try to help me decide! The looks of the location does show the stores/buildings age but they do a great job at keeping the store clean and organized!

Well organized, very pleased. The lady that checked us out was so sweet. The prices are reasonable. Although I did see a couple of things I could get at Wal-Mart for a few cents cheaper. But over all, I will return!! :)

There has been a big change to this store location. It is better organized. The cashier are friendly.

This used to be one of the better Dollar General stores. Now it had gone down hill. Everytime I go in, I can never find prices. The shelves are not marked, everything is tossed around and not in the right place. Too many clothes crammed on the racks and now with the remodel of the store things arent organized like they used to be. I dont go here very often anymore. It used to be the store where I bought all my cleaning products. Not anymore.

They had everything I needed great customer service

Always having a problem with my coupons at this store. Store policy is you can use up to 5 coupons per purchase. Well for whatever reason the lady with the tattoos and piercings said only one would work ( I had 6 gain products; and 2 buy 3 get $3 off). She also scanned my 5 off of $25. I canceled the transaction and she wouldnt give me the coupon back stating it was used and wouldnt work anymore. This is the second time Ive had a problem with only her at this store. No longer will I patronize this stores location.

Do not have to go to big store for lots of things .prices much the same.

Convenient location And Great people working there

They were watching me like I was going to steal something until some high school kids came in, then they watched them. I felt judged, but the cashier that was working was really cool. Young high school or freshman college age.

This place is WAY BETTER THEN ON DENTON HWAY!!!!!!! At least they have things managed and put up and you can actually walk around the store without all the crates of boxes in the way. Couple of employees I don’t really care for at this location but at least they are more helpful then other store without that rude manager named Jaime!

We went in right at closing time so were kinda being rushed out but other then that it was fine.

Good clearance sales sometimes, but they are out of stock on many items almost every time I go in.
