I decided to keep my Volvo 2013 XC60 with ~ 100000 miles on it. I stopped by and spoke with Errol.the owner, for an estimate. He quickly gave me a very reasonable estimate on some rust and damaged body parts-his price was below 2 other estimates even with additional work done- like everyone else the wait time was further out than i wanted but i chose his company to perform the work- my turn came and to put it simply- the work was beyond my expectations- the car looks new! Errol and his team went above and beyond what was agreed to. I highly recommend Errol and his staff- hands down. Thank You again.

Took my vehicle in, it ended up needing more work and they were able to keep the price very low. They did an amazing job the car literally looks brand new now. My 32 year old classic car was rear ended and totaled. It broke my heart, as I only drive her when the weather is nice. I wasnt sure if I should repair her or not. When I spoke to Errol, the owner of Camp Road Collision, he asked me, Do you love your car, because if you do, everything is repairable. So, I brought my car to him to resurrect her and bring her back to life. It took a while to obtain the parts needed for my old vehicle, but the wait was well worth it. She looks brand new, like when I first purchased her! Errol, Joe, Bill and whoever else at Camp Road Collision who worked on my car went OVER AND BEYOND what I expected. Dont listen to Cheryl! She was just having a bad day I guess. They are the best collision shop in the south towns probably entire buffalo area. They work hard and my dented and scratched rav-4 is in perfect shape! Other repair shops wanted double!

Zero stars would be more appropriate. I went against my better judgement when it came to using this shop after my accident. They did not communicate with me. I had to constantly call them to get updates. There was communication between the shop and the insurance company. The owner had no idea what he was talking about. He refused to give me a written warranty on the work. He claimed that they didn’t have that there. Errol said that he didn’t have to give me one. My car was there for almost a month! Their warranty is posted on the wall. His words “we don’t work with that company anymore”. The funny thing is the only company that’s listed is...CAMP ROAD COLLISION! My paint has orange peel. There was overspray on my wipers and windshield. When I brought this to his attention his response was “I don’t believe you”.My car was still in the lot and he refused to go and look at it! After almost two hours I FINALLY got him to print a warranty that he had in the computer. He spelled my name wrong and didn’t even know how to fill it out! I will never recommend this collision shop to anyone. All of the excuses that I got within the time that my car was there on top of the owner not knowing what the hell he was doing really ruined it. I honestly don’t know how they have been in business for as long as they have.

My husband was having trouble with his car door after some strong wind wrenched it open too far. Camp Rd Collision was able to look at it right away, and because it was a minor repair they even fixed it free of charge! I was so pleased; we’ll definitely go back again if we ever need work done on our vehicles. Very nice location and staff on top of it all!
