West Herr Colision has a Friendly, Courteous and very Professional. Repairs done have been excellent, you wouldnt know there had been damage from an accident. Ive had to use the shop on 2 separate occasions and both times I have been extremely happy with the results.

I have a 2019 Ford Eco Sport and rust was starting to appear above my windshield. I brought it in and I was originally told by Ford that my warranty wouldnt cover it. When I emailed my concern to the collision center about potential leakage through the windshield if the rust got worse, they immediately looked into the issue and made the repair as easy as possible, fully covered.

West Herr provides the best service by far!! No matter what issue you have, they are always there and willing to help. From their customer service to their technicians they are incredible. I would not consider taking my vehicle anywhere else. I have never been disappointed by anyone there. Thank you West Herr for always exceeding my expectations and providing excellent service!!

Very professional. Did a wonderful job repairing my truck after my accident. Took care of all the insurance so I did not have to stress over it. Had a rental waiting for me when I dropped off my truck. Highly recommend. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

My wife and I live in Erie PA we were rear ended right by west herr collision. I went in and ask the staff if there was anyone that could look at the car and fix it just so I could get home. One of the guys came out and looked at it and told me to pull it in and he worked on pulling the back end away from the tire and made sure it was safe for me to drive home at no charge. From my wife and I thank you.

My boyfriend recently had his car fixed there after an accident, they were very attentive in the beginning but once he went to pick up the car and looked to make sure everything was correct he noticed something was missing. He has called and called to get the bug shield that was ordered and paid for to be put on, he calls and they keep saying it hasn’t come in yet! How long does a bug shield take to come in, it should have been done right the first time and when he said that it wasn’t they should have taken care of this right away! To me that is very poor customer service and you have already been paid on it! To me this is horrible customer service and I will not recommend them to any of my friends or family.

I went in for an estimate and to drop it off. They have a Hertz rental right in the building. I was able to pick my car up and the estimates were accurate. The work done was excellent.

Amazing place! Hit a deer on our way to Boston and didn’t know the area or anything. Stopped at West Herr Collison Center and came out immediately to take a look and fixed it up for us with no charge. Amazing people, we can use more people and places like this, in the world.

After I involved in a front end accident, I had my vehicle towed here. Repaired in a week, the car was returned to me. The car did not go straight. It drifted right, or drifted left then right. It refused to go straight. I returned and expressed my concern. They looked at the car and told me it was an air pressure imbalance in the tires and Im good to go. As I drove home, it still drifted to the right. Returned a week later, this time they said the wheel was on backwards (even though I dont run directional tires). On the way home, it still drifted. Returned a week later, they looked at the car, and alignment was done. As I drove home, it still drifted. I called the shop and I was told that an alignment was done. My response was THEN MAYBE IT DOESNT NEED AN ALIGNMENT. I took the car independently to another tire shop and had an alignment check done, and the new alignment report shows that the wheel is TOTALLY OUT OF ALIGNMENT. I returned to the shop and dropped car off again and show them their alignment, and the alignment check. (Someone is lying). This time I was told it needs a strut bearing, and when I went to pick up the car, i asked if I could have a copy of thr alignment report and found out they didnt do one AND I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT OVER AN HOUR FOR THEM DO IT!!! I pick up the car and it still drifts... AND NOW THERES A CLUNKING in the front end. I return to the shop ( now with a clunking front end, AND the car still drifts) to drop car off. They call me and tell me it needs a steering rack and the clunking was due to several loose bolts in the steering components. I pick up the car and its much better. I take the car to another alignment shop and they verify the alignment was perfect. I will NEVER, EVER return to west herr collision again. EVER!!!Update: after I posted this review, West Herr said someone will be in touch with me shortly. Its been a month, and Ive received NOTHING from anyone... not a phone call, not an email, not a letter... NOTHING.

I found a vehicle online and after emails back in forth, I was told that they would be able to cut me a deal, if I visited the dealership. Since it was 200 miles away, I had provided them with all my information, my vehicle information, and setup an appointment. As soon as I got to the dealership, I was greeted by the front desk, and sent to the waiting room. After a few minutes, I met with the manager and a salesperson, and took a test drive. In the 3 other dealerships that I had visited, during the test drive they looked at my vehicle, during the test drive not to waste time, It was annoying knowing that I had a far travel and they made me wait while checking it out. Once I saw the vehicle it was not as pictured, it had damage all over the vehicle, was dirty in the interior and exterior, and smelled like an ashtray. I pointed out the damage, and the salesperson said it was not there before…..Again after spending a week of emailing and being promised that they were flexible on price, it was said to be in excellent condition, they wrote me up the sticker price and said that was the best they can do. They undervalued my trade lower than all other dealerships and claimed it was not in excellent condition, but 3 other dealerships said it was. They also valued there truck in excellent condition so far it was the worst condition of all vehicles I have seen. Do not waste your time with them.

Car rental was terrible. They where not on time gave me a car that smelled like something died in it .I took back but couldnt get a different car. So I had to clean myself . What a joke Hertz is.

After talking with my insurance agent, he had recommended to have a dealer repair my Jeep. From my first call was with Chris, the manager he was very thing a manager should be informative,polite professional. My truck was fixed and they did an excellent job I would highly recommend this facility. Also the recptionist/secretary at the front desk, who also answered the phones was very polite and handled all my concerns

Today I went to West Herr Collision Center South to have my hood of my Explorer replaced. I have to say, they were very accommodating. I dealt with Brittany Jewett who helped me with my needed service.This young lady is extremely smart at her job and was a excellent worker of this collision Shop. You don’t get great quality of customer service these days, but Ms. Jewett is very professional, I would consider her to be an asset to your company at West Herr Collision South.I will always refer my friends and family to this location . Just an excellent worker.

My insurance company offered this as an approved facility to have my repairs done. I went willingly having known the West Herr Car Group. They did an excellent job restoring my vehicle!

I had work done here twice before. This time I brought a friend in for bumper work. As always, Nick Ortwein was professional, friendly and extremely helpful in showing me my options. This place does terrific work and backs up their work every time. I wouldnt go anywhere else. I used to go to Elma Collision, but this place beats them hands down.

Fast and professional

Really disappointed. While West Herr did a great job on the exterior of my car they failed to adequately investigate the full extent of the damage and months later, I am having expensive structural repairs that they missed and now having to pay for it on my own. So while they may make your car look pretty, please be aware about the structural damage that they may gloss over.

Brittany went above and beyond with my collision work. She was also able to get my NYS Inspection done when the vehicle was in their possession. A++
