Unfortunately my van was in a bad car crash and in the past I have been ripped off by other mechanic shops and was nervous as to where to take my van. My sister recommended Village Collision and I have to say I couldnt have gone to a better place! Russell was great! Although my insurance company did not have them as one of their participating mechanics it was not a problem at all. He communicated with my insurance company and adjustors. My van was in great hands while he fixed up and painted my van. While my van was there I was able to contact Russell through email and also by phone and he responded to my questions immediately. If you are leary and nervous where to go, please dont hesitate anymore and take your car to Village Collision!
