Friendly and so helpful. I have a Mercedes, usually go to the dealership but they couldn’t get me in for an inspection in time so I stopped here and they were able to get me in within a few days. Also needed a oil change they did that as well along with fluids changed. Few weeks later coolant level was low, took it back… fixed the issue checked for other issues no charge. Great customer service! I will be back for other services!

Went twice. Once for an inspection and the problem they diagnosed I got fixed for $200 less at a 2nd opinion mechanic.Second time was a simple oil change. Made an 8:30 appointment. Was told the mechanic didnt come in until 9:30 or 10. Waited until 11:30 to leave. Other cars came and went. They upsold me lug nuts without asking. I will never go back. They upsale and try to rip you off every time and dont know what an appointment is.

I needed a new muffler on a car that has 160,000 miles on it. At a price tag of over $1,100 I thought it was not a wise investment. The people at Monro patched it up the best that they could and did a wonderful job. $200.00 is much better. Thank you for being so accommodating.

Very friendly, first time going and they gave me a 15 dollar off coupon just for being patient. Checked my whole car out for free and I just went for an oil change and let me know what could use some work and what could wait and being someone who doesn’t know a lot about cars it was super helpful! We were in NY from MI at a horse show and blew a tire on one of our horse trailers. They got us a new tire in quick, installed it, checked the trailer over, put air in all of the tires and even checked the tires and air on the other trailer. We just arrived in Hamburg and a loud rattle near the muffler began to appear. After seeing all of the great reviews for this Monro shop, we stopped in to get help. Thank goodness! A shield above the muffler had broken and it was fixed in 15 minutes. They are so 👍 good

I grew up in Hamburg and since leaving the area when I was 18 I have always used Monro for checking the road-readiness of my car on the long rides back to Chicago. Many different vehicles have been serviced by the professional and extremely friendly staff at this location. I was just in town for a solo trip without my husband and kids and the tire pressure light inexplicably came on. The day before departing I just came in and asked them to take a look and put my mind at ease that I was good for the 600 mile or so trip the next day. They are always courteous and thorough and there is no other place I would want to take my car to.

I stopped in this location today as I noticed one of headlights was out and was in and out in maybe 10 minutes? The manager Omar is friendly, trustworthy and never pushy. He has gone out of his way for me many times over the years. This is a great shop and I’m always happy with their work. Don’t hesitate stopping in or giving them a call!

Made an appointment on my only day off,for a simple oil change. To have the rude guy at the desk tell me itll be a couple hours, you can leave your car whats the point of an appointment? When I set up this appointment i gave my phone number, perhaps call &say you cant do what you arrange to do. Teach your employees how to talk to customer as well, the guy followed yelling he didnt want to wait...for a couple of hours, for a oil change, No, I didnt not want to wait...hence the appointment I set

I had an appointment for my inspection and they were running 2-3 hours behind. Originally I was going to have to wait but they were able to squeeze me and I only had to wait about 30 minutes. Great service! I would definitely return! I was very happy.

I can’t thank Omar enough for the kindness he showed to me in a time of need. If I could give multiple five-star ratings I would because this man saved me from a world of stress and car damage. I was traveling from out of state when I heard the type of “weird sound” that makes any car owner’s heart drop. I pulled over at a rest stop and discovered that a bolt on my breaks had fallen out and the break was swinging freely. I drove as carefully as I could to the next exit and thank goodness, I saw a sign for breaks. Omar was closing shop but was kind enough to listen to my frustrated ranting and immediately pulled my car in to see what he could do. Saying that he was kind is an understatement. Not only did he fix the problem, but he made sure everything else was secure saying “I just want to make sure you’re safe”. He was respectful, efficient, and just an overall amazing human being. If I lived in the area he would have my business for life so I would ask that if you are looking for a mechanic to look no further than this shop. Thank you again Omar, you’re the best!

I was having tire trouble and I saw doors where closed but Ryan opened up the doors to help me with my 2 front tires. They were just about to close, it was almost 5pm. THANK YOU SO MUCH RYAN for replacing my 2 front tires. I definitely WILL be going to you from now on.

I called last week, early in the morning. I was taken a trip to Rochester and when I left my house my oil light came on. Without hesitation Ryan told me to bring the vehicle in, he got the car into the shop, check over everything notified me that my car was about a quart of oil low, but I wasnt due for an oil change for another 3 thousand miles, so he topped my oil off reset my light and give me a new sticker and sent me on my way assuring me Id get to my destination safely great customer service

My request for an oil change did not go through online and I dropped my car off thinking it did. I called Omar and he was able to still do the oil change in a timely fashion even being the only staff working!

Got an oil change need it done right away. Omar Got me in because i told him i needed it right away because my girlfriend let it go for a while. Got me in within 3 min and was in and out literally 15 minutes. It was closing time too!

My dealer West Herr Chevy told me I needed brake pads so I thought I would try Monro to save me money because it wasnt that long ago that I had my brakes done. After the mechanic had all my tires off he called the Manager over and both were looking at my brakes. In a slight panic because Im thinking the worst the Manager comes to the lobby and asked why I thought my brake pads were bad. I told him the above dealer conversation and the Manager told me I still have 50% pads remaining. He said I had up to a year left. Monro will have all my future business. They are honest and trustworthy.

I stopped in Monro concerned about a noise my tire was making. I was leaving for a trip early the next morning and was hoping someone could take a look. Getting ready to close the shop Jesse, the assistant, took time out to look at my tire to make sure it was safe to drive and also looked over my entire vehicle to be sure there wasn’t anything else that needed work. Needed a simple valve stem replaced, had the tire pulled off already and called 5 stores before Monro said I could come in for it. 5 minute job that Walmart told me to wait 2.5 hours for. These guys rock.

I’ve been there twice in the past week. Last week I was turned down to get my car serviced there and it ended up being a $2600 job for another place. This week I needed my daughter’s car inspected on my day off. Was told to come back another day. (An inspection is billed out at 20 minutes) They had 3 guys standing around. 1 customer waiting and 3 bays open. I ran a car repair shop for years. There are shops that want to earn business and shops that think they are the power. One place will take care of you, the other will rake you over the coals. I’ll let you decide which place this one is....

The manager Dave was extremely professional. They offered to drive me home while my car was being serviced. When the car was done they picked me up from my home so I could get my car. Dave took the time to explain everything to me. My exhaust system needed service which they took care of. In the process another issue was discovered and told me it was important I got it taken care of as soon as possible. I was able to bring my car in the very next morning to be repaired. Absolutely awesome service! My job has me driving a lot. In between jobs muffler started to fall off and was barely holding on. I was down the street from Monro Auto Service and Tire Center in Hamburg Blasdell, NY so I gave them a call. They were extremely helpful on the phone, and Omar Cruz was amazing when I arrived. When they discovered the issue they explained it and what needed to be done to fix it in detail. They closed in an hour and were not only able to squeeze me in, but were able to get everything all fixed super quickly! I would definitely go back and I would absolutely recommend them!

Going to have a car fixed can be a hassle, I never felt like I was being taken advantage of and Paul took great care in explaining things to me. Always come here for little fixes or usually for inspection. Crew is always good to me, always pleasant, and the service is pretty quick. Always make appointments and never walk ins just if u have a set schedule but Ive seen people walk in and they are pretty quick with those as well. Never a problem and this place doesnt try to sell u on repairs or other things If you dont need em. I def recommend this place if ur in Hamburg for sure.

I just went there because my brake lights were out. I feared the worst because my car has numerous electrical issues. I dont remember the guys name at the counter but he was very professional. He dropped what he was doing and came out to see if it was simple as burnt out bulbs. Turns out thats all it was! He promptly replaced them and sent me on my way. Took less then 5 minutes. A dishonest person could have kept the car for hours and told me it was an electrical issue like I had already expected. Im very pleased and will continue to go back. Honesty is everything when it comes to car repairs.

It seems rare to find a repair shop that genuinely puts effort into customer service. Most just seem to care only about getting the car in and out as quickly as possible but dont care too much about your experience. Monroe is pleasantly different.
