My 2010 Dodge ram had been sitting in a garage in upstate New York for 5 years unattended. I towed it to Schultzs garage and began the process of diagnosing what needed to be done.First their attention to detail and customer service is unrivaled. They responded quickly and professionally to every question that I had and performed the work precisely and completely.To be honest it was the most I have ever spent on a repair in my life, nearly nine pages of repairs. Again the truck, a diesel 2500, had sat for 5 years completely and totally unattended, so as you can imagine there was some serious neglect and a lot of work that needed to be done to get it road worthy.Their technicians are excellent. Professional and courteous staff as well as reasonably priced services. I went to Schultz with a power window issue that was giving my other mechanic problems, but Schultzs staff identified the issue and properly repaired the wiring for my power windows. Its been less than a week and so far my power windows have worked great. I wouldve given Schultz five stars, but didnt just because I cant see in the near future and if the repair is gonna be a long term fix or not. My guess is that it is a long term fix because they work perfectly fine right now, but I also cant assume that either. With all that said, I would recommend Schultz to family and friends for sure.

I live in PA and was visiting Buffalo. They were able to fit me in to have my car looked at. They called with updates and was very thorough and knowledgeable with what was happening to my AC compressor

Clutch work performed was fine the unwanted electrical work done was subparThe key switch was replaced for reasons I did not understand, as it was never a problem. Now in order to use my power locks I have to spend a few minutes playing with the key in the switch. one day i did this standing next to my truck and discovered the clutch safety switch was installed incorrectly as the truck started without depressing the clutch, had it been in gear it would of struck a tree

This was my first time at this shop and it was a terrible experience! The guys upfront were alright but the kid that took care of my vehicle needs to find a new job. Or he should be kept in the back because he does not know how to talk to customers! My appointment was for 4pm and I was there at 3:52pm but my car didnt go back until 4:15pm. The kid sat in the waiting area talking with a customer and other employees about leasing vehicles! Not professional at all but I was okay with waiting 15min until I realized I had the wrong tool with me to take off my custom wheels. The kid got a big attitude that he was going to have to wait 7min for my fiance to drop off the right tool! Ive never heard someone complain to a customer about having to stay after closing time. I waited 15min for this kid to end his conversation but he couldnt wait 7min for my tool? Also I feel like he didnt even balance my wheels Im still getting some vibration in my wheel at 50+mph. Ive done some research and everything Im reading says a 4 wheel balance takes atleast 45min so how could he have possibly done mine in 20min! I would never recommend this business to anyone! Go visit mavis right down the road! The only positive exercise about this place was their dog!

I went there to get my air conditioning looked at to see what was wrong because it wasn’t working and they never told me it would be $150 just to check it. That’s insane. I probably won’t go there again. I think they should tell you how much it’s going to cost to not do anything to your car

I had a fantastic experience with Schultz! They came with a great reputation from some of my friends and they absolutely lived up to the positive words. I was able to get an appointment within a day of calling. At the appointment, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. They explained everything that needed to be done clearly and with detail. I left the car there feeling that it in great hands and I will definitely be back should I need future work done!

I was only there for an inspection but the way they talked amongst themselves and their customers I could tell they really care about and appreciate their customers and enjoy what they do. Also they tell you what to look out for or what needs to be changed soon but arent pushy about it like most places. I can say for sure that this will be my go to place for any service or repairs in the future.

I was in from out of town when my F-150 broke down. After looking at different reviews online, I chose Schultz Auto and Truck repair. Within a half an hour of me calling, they had a flat bed at my house and took my truck to their garage. And 3 1/2 hours later, my truck was diagnosed, fixed, and ready to come home with a new starter installed. I am typically not one to post many reviews, but these guys really took care of me. I would definitely recommend!

Having been asked by my mother to bring her car in for oil change and inspection I made an appointment vehicle was taken in on time service was performed immediately I was then notified that the vehicle still had 3000 miles before it needed an oil change very honest and thorough saved around $75 that they easily could have put into the register

The mechanic was very descriptive of the issues with my vehicle and it’s close to my house. It wasn’t a pricy job in the end and didn’t cost me my whole paycheck. The woman who talked to me on the phone was also very nice as well. I’ll be making Schultz my main place as my family’s longtime mechanic turned his place into a corner store. I’ve been looking for someone who I can trust, isn’t pricy and also a pleasant personality goes a long way. Very impressed overall.

They always explain what needs to be done and how much things cost. They also let you know what will need to be done soon or in future so you can plan ahead but don’t push you to do it all immediately unlike dealerships. I got a ride home and picked back up when my car was ready.

I love Schultz! From our first experience which was an emergency tow, we have used them for every repair and routine update for the last five years.

Took vehicle in for an inspection. After the inspection, which did fail due to low tire tread, I was told there was a cracked radiator hose clamp and that my ebrake was sticking a little. I said ok and left as my tires were less than one year old so I wanted to take it to the tire shop where they were purchased as I have a tread warranty. The clamp on the lower hose had caused a substantial leak and there was now a substantial shake to the wheel. The vehicle was perfectly fine when I took it in. I have an appointment at a new shop to get the steering issue addressed and a radiator service. I was able to put a hose clamp on to stop the leak but there is the possibility of air in the system now. The shop should have at least told me how bad the problems were and shouldnt have let me leave without taking 5 minutes to put on a new $3 hose clamp. I would not recommend service at this location.

I took my wifes 2019 grand caravan gt here to get undecorated and I highly highly recommend going there they use an oil based drip less undercoating and really soak your vehicles undercarriage suspension parts in the doors inside the hood and all the critical places where corrosion starts on vehicles. Very friendly atmosphere to and I didnt have undercoating all on my door handles windshield and wipers they cleaned it afterwards which was very nice of them. Will be taking my other vehicle to them after winter wheels are put on

My truck broke down at 8pm at night in the northtowns. Had my truck towed here because AAA told me they are a certified mechanic shop.9am the following morning (before I even had the chance to call them) they called me about my truck and told me they would get it in the bay in about an hour. An hour and a half later, they call me to tell me theyve diagnosed the problem. (Which was a Fuel pump in my 2007 Ford Explorer)and advised me of the cost of the repair and estimated time of completion.They had it finished for me by the end of that day. I will say, they were a touch pricey, but they were ON THE BALL for sure. Friendly guys when I walked into the shop, I have no complaints at all. I would recommend these guys for sure. ZERO issues with their service. Top Notch.

I had an appointment with West Herr Chevy and had to cancel on the same day due to my Jeep not being able to start. West Herr Chevy service Department was not answering their phones! Triple A gave me a jump and the company they sent was Schultz. They were able to take my Jeep in the same day and repair what was needed to pass inspection. Car repairs are and can be expensive. Fair prices and I did not feel I was taken advantage of.Customer service was great and I rather spend my money on a smaller local business that employees veterans.

When our truck broke down on the highway with a horse in the trailer these guys were awesome and let us tow our truck and trailer to their shop and get the horse on his way, they then worked tirelessly to get us back on the road.
