I had a slow leak in one of my tires and as it turned out I had 2 bad tires and Dean suggested all new tires being that I have a 4x4 truck. Recently my new / used car was rear ended. I had to take it in to a collision shop and chose West Herr. I was estimated for 2 to 3 weeks. Samantha called and stated less then a week and a half and we will have you back in your car. She was knowledgeable as to why it was done so quickly and the extra repairs that had been found once the car was in the shop. I will definitely refer to West Herr for both their auto sales and there collision department.

Hello! I had oil change/tire rotation performed on my Subaru. Smooth experience. I had to wait for service to be done because I didn’t want to go home and come right back. I was told an hour and it took a little over. Other than that, very smooth. I was able to use my Ford pass rewards with no issues. The staff was very friendly, waiting area was very clean.

West Herr did a great job fixing our car. We waited a very long time for the parts to come in, which we realize was not their fault. However, we did most of the calling to get updates on our vehicle. Other than that, we will continue to use them for their quality of work is impeccable.

I would’ve given this dealership 1 star but the salesman was nice until he basically started badgering me about why I was looking at other dealers, wanted me to put down money right away the next day to hold the car even though I hadn’t been approved (I get it, there’s a car shortage) but then also wanted me to get into any vehicle on the lot at that point as well . When I got approved I couldn’t even get answer on the phone from salesman or finance manager what my payments were and interest rate and I wasn’t going to waste time running out to the dealer before knowing. Second not so great experience at this dealership, first was 5 years ago when I bought my escape. I ultimately worked with the West Herr Jeep dealer and got everything I wanted with the best salesman and finance manager!

What a great experience buying a new car! I havent had a new car in 10 years, nor have I ever leased a vehicle. Rob Lalka, my sales consultant was absolutely wonderful to work with. Robert is the best! This is the second time I’ve had my car in for the same problem and he made sure The problem was resolved. He knew I was a bit anxious and put me at ease. He even went so far as to give me his personal cell phone number in case anything went wrong because he was going on vacation while my car was in the shop. I was hoping to see my car would get fixed here. One thing to learn new is to actually remember to get the facts down on your cars service after you take it in for a visit. Had to go to another automotive shop for fixtures so ima just leave it right here. Still recommend. It’s a plus to see them here for 71 years.

Overall theyre a bit pricey for a tail light and some scratches. I felt they were adding things on to the estimate that didnt need to be included like replacing a name plate. but overall polite, flexible, accommodating, and quick service.

Great people to work with.Came in for a crack windshield from a bottle thrown over an overpass. I pre-ordered my windshield, set a time and date for install. I came in a week later and had them install the windshield in a couple of hours. The waiting area had WIFI, coffee and water.

Typically a decent experience since they do the work I request but I have a little gripe to share. Last visit I booked a service appointment online. In the comments section I requested full synthetic be used for the oil change, and when I picked it up, it was changed with synthetic blend. Cheaper sure, but not what I wanted. I always get an automated text message from them saying that I can reply to stay in communication with the service team. Each time I reply, they never respond. So basically my complaint is that they have places where they tell you to communicate with them, and I assume they just dont look at them, or worse, they ignore them.

I take my truck to West Herr Ford for all my maintenance. Joe and his staff of certified mechanics always do a superb job. Joe is a courteous and knowledgeable manager who knows the business.

Great experience. Drove right in - no wait. Cory was quick and efficient getting me signed in for my oil change. I waited in the customer lounge which was clean, comfortable and well stocked with coffee. Also appreciate the WiFi. Car was done within 30-40 mins and waiting for me in the drive-thru service area. I wanted to get an oil change before traveling. The Quick Lane was busy and it would have been over a 3 hour wait. Brad set me up with a shuttle. Within 5 mins on was on my way home. Brad stated he would call me when complete and if I needed a ride back he would send a shuttle. Thank you Brad for making the process so easy.

Tyler was amazing in customer service today he checked over my entire new car as my brakes were squeaking and verify that everything was fine. He took the extra step to lubricate an oil everything while I waited and also at my request put new wiper blades on the front and back of my vehicle, as my wipers were not working properly. I have an E 450 RV. Had a simple inspection done. Happy with the fact that I can drop the vehicle off at my convenience. Leave the key in the Dropbox. Get a call when its done. No surprises. Its nice to know that theres a local dealership that can handle big rigs.

After the devastating floods of Ida, my husband and I lost three cars. We had a very challenging time finding cars in the tristate area, and we felt that many of the dealerships were capitalizing on people’s distress. I was never pressured, bullied, or belittled, which makes that a first for all the dealerships I have been to. More specifically, Paul and his team, were not only friendly but incredibly quick to respond and went above and beyond to help me secure the vehicle I wanted, not the vehicle they wanted me to buy. It’s very rewarding to have a team fighting for you and not against you. Often you get bullied into buying the most expensive car on the lot, but at West Herr they care more about what makes you, the customer, happy. They even delivered the vehicle to me remotely and stayed in touch to handle any issues afterwards. I cannot recommend West Herr and Paul enough. I will be returning for any future vehicle needs despite West Herr being far from where I live. Having a team behind me that cares is worth the drive any day.
