Dealership is closing and they continue to lead customers on like nothing is wrong. Took almost 2 months to get my car back and when it was returned there was a new issue that now makes the vehicle impossible to use. I had to take the car back to them, I now have another loaner with no idea when (if?) Im going to get my car back or if it will be fixed.

Bought a new Mirage G4 LE in beginning of March. Larry was my salesman. He was nice but somewhat pushy. Tried to do whatever it took for me to drive away with a car that day. Didnt come with the options I paid for, and there was a dent and scratch on the front bumper. They took care of the options and front end damage after a while. I called and left a message in May, asking about general information about my warranty. Its now June, and I havent gotten a call back. Ive owned the car for almost 3 months and they havent contacted me for my first scheduled oil change. Customer service is very distant. At least the parts and service guys did a great job making things right that the sales guys screwed up.

With my dealership service department closing I was very worryed about the future of my vehicle. I was having engine light issues that I knew would be a problem my next inspection so I waited until that came due. Well these guys did a real good job taking care of my vehicle and getting it to pass inspection. It did need some parts but they ordered them and my warranty from the other dealership covered them no problem. The new parts were installed, the car passed inspection and all is right. It is good to know I have a place I can rely on for future service of my Mitsubishi Outlander Sport.

I was having a great experience at first and was told I got approved for a car and choose the car worked out the car payments and all, then twenty minutes later to tell me that I needed a co signer . After not being able to get a co signer someone was supposed to call me back to help me with other options after calling five times with no answer of what should I do from here and reaching out to them no one never returned my call after I was promised a call back. I was very upset since I heard so many good things about this place .

Dont trust them. They are running a by mail giveaway. I won a TV, verified by phone with the confirmation code, confirmed I won as well. Get to the store, they asked for a lot of information that was not disclosed in the fine print. They bring out a prize board that has one number on the board for the TV, doesnt match. Walk away with a pamphlet to fill out and mail in for a 100 dollar gift card. If they run specials like this lying to their potential customers, I would not even think twice about going to them for regular business.

Bought a 2019 outlander on Saturday and ended up having to get new plates. The sales rep told me to come back on Tuesday (today) and that I could get them until 8pm. Well wouldnt you know it service actually closes at 5pm. My husband and i were heated when we saw this. Luckily the doors were still unlocked and a sales rep was there and told us 8pm was only for the sale last week. When I tell u Larry the sales rep was able to take such a bad situation and make it so much better I mean it! He found my plates, put them on and the other guy (didnt catch his name) helped with thesst of the stuff that needed to be done with my title. Larry was pleasant and really made the difference!

Service was a 5 plus plus for Anthony Planter! He was so attentive and charming and tried his very best for us. We never felt pressured or uncomfortable. We are a 50 year old couple who have shopped for cars many times before. Had it not been for the Companys policy of not leasing, we would have given a 5 star rating. It was not this young mans fault that we were not told this from the beginning. They are instructed not to say this I am sure. It would have saved alot of time and aggravation for us at the end as we said we were looking to lease and buyout or possibly buy at the very beginning. That being said, we thought the service was top rate and liked the vehicles. We would have signed that day if leasing was an option. Too bad for them. We will continue to look elsewhere but wish Anthony much success. Ask for him! But we think he will be moving up quickly! Thank you Anthony!

I filled out everything online and gave them the information of the person I was communicating with and claim they had no record of it. That was annoying. Whats the point of starting everything online.Though they were not able help me get another car the young salesman Chris was very nice and patient. He also gave me some good advice.

Horrible experience! Poor customer service! I purchased my vehicle and bought a warranty a couple of years ago. They honored my oil changes and inspected fees being waived until today. With no warning and right before Christmas they decided that they would no longer honor it. The “General Manager” wouldn’t even come out to discuss it. The reason was I purchased it from the previous owner not them. Not that they would give me any information about how to deal with this either. It’s not their problem...

James Mitsubishi was not even a thought for me, as I wasnt in the market for a vehicle. However, after visiting the dealership with my boyfriend, who was looking for a newer vehicle, I went into a different mind set. My salesperson was Zak. I cant begin to tell you how pleasant of an experience he made the whole process. From start to finish, I walked out of there with no regrets, and a brand new vehicle! DONT GO HERE!!When I purchased my vehicle from them 2 weeks ago they insisted on me writing them a good review I did not because I wanted to see if they where any good before I gave them a review. I am super happy I decided to wait and see because they are awful and unorganized. Ive called several times to see when they will tow my vehicle that I traded in out of my driveway which is technically there car now and I keep getting the run around! They hung up on me and when I try to speak to a manager it took another 15 to 20 min for them to get back to me!! I definitely feel like I made a mistake and theres nothing I can do about it!! The manager tried to give me other options that where not towing it out of the driveway I was so upset he finally said they will tow the vehicle tomorrow Ill believe it when I see it!!

Don’t fill my head with empty promises, then try and stick me in something I don’t want, for way more money than we discussed.You have my information before I get there, so you should have some inclination if I can get into the vehicle I requested.You offer 4000 for my trade, and then ask for 6-9 thousand on top of that?Radio commercials for cars are a joke, just to get you in the door and get your hopes up, just to be let down again....

Came in to to set up an appointment for repairs and I was disgusted by what I seen. Went to the customer waiting area to get a coffee and it was filthy with garbage overflowing. Men’s bathroom no better. Definitely going someplace else for my vehicle. The country is in a state of emergency because of the virus and we here’s a business who could care less. Shame on you James Mitsubishi!
