I just picked up my 09 truck from Towne and it looks brand new. I needed a new rear door and had some rust that needed attention. Their Collision Manager is Sue Camus and she worked with me to come up with a solution that I could afford and made the truck look great. Their work is incredible and their friendly, no pressure approach will keep me coming back.

Upon getting in the lot, a great gentleman named Ron Freier (not sure if spelled right sorry) approached my wife and I and immediately asked if he could be of any assistance, getting us keys for a truck we wanted to test drive. The lot seemed busy and he was himself busy, but went the extra to assist us too. We drove two trucks and he was asking if we wanted to do anymore, what we liked and didn’t, what we’d be using the vehicle primarily for. Before he even mentioned anything about numbers he was really trying to see what we needed and did not up sell us anything. We decided on a 2019 Ram 1500. We had a pressure free deal, got the most for my trade, and stayed in our budget. Ron made sure every detail was perfect and had the truck detailed and cleaned before we took it later that day. Ron even noticed a dent (very small but not horrible) near rear bumper that will need attention and told us he would have that handled when we had the time. Ron was a consummate professional and was very down to earth and easy going. This is our fifth car we have purchased from Towne, and I definitely see us repeating business in the future. Can’t say enough about the experience. 👍

Had to take my car in for a NYS inspection. It was very easy to schedule my appt over the phone as sometimes its nice to talk to another human being. They took my car right away, and I believe I waited less than an hour. An employee came to get me in the waiting room, and walked me to the cashiers desk. It made me feel like a valued customer, and that I wasnt just a number nor did I feel dismissed. I could have easily went somewhere closer to my home but I have always valued the service given at this Jeep dealership location.
Bought a car and took 9 days for them to have it ready for pickup. Was not even offered a free oil change or gas card for the delay. When I finally picked up the car they gave it to me with a half a tank of gas and a missing antenna on the roof. This was my 2nd car I bought from Towne and will be my last. Ruined my car buying experience.

The second time we brought the Jeep in and they were unable to fix the problem. This time it was one of the headlights. Drove it home and it still didnt work. Very frustrating. On top of that they hit us with the full fluids change out, nice upsell while it was in there. Trying the other dealer at this point.

Saw a truck online, called, spoke to the salesperson and immediately put a $500 deposit on the car. The truck was sold the next day. Im from out of state so I hired a mechanic to go inspect the truck after the weekend, which the salesperson knew and agreed to. Mechanic shows up Monday morning and texts me that the car has been sold. Im livid! My manager sold the car! I told him he had to call you and apologize since he made the mistake, not me. Shady and sketchy. Didnt even have the courtesy to call or text me. I wouldnt buy here. **Edit: when the manager called to apologize, he refused to reimburse me for the cost of the mechanic that went there to inspect the car ($167) but he did try to sell me a different car. I can now add douchebag to shady and sketchy.

Long story short.........They pulled my credit and told me a I had a low credit score. I said now thats BS!! I went to my credit union and to no surprise they told me I had GOOD credit and my score was 53 points different then what the dealer pulled!!!!!So I went back to the towne dealership with a check. We bought the vehicle but right after I signed the papers I questioned them about this. Needless to say they couldnt give me an accurate answer. Plus they tried to take credit by saying HEY I HELPED YOU PURCHASE THE VEHICLE I quickly corrected the mistaken individual and said NO SIR, MY CREDIT UNION HELPED ME!!. Just stay awayfrom them. Its bad enough WE ALL have to deal with the pandemic, These games arent needed or appreciated. I only purchased this vehicle from then because my fiancé really liked the vehicle.

Everything was serviced but my car door, where the speaker was replaced, was left a bit greasy. Greasy and dirty enough for me to notice. I thought COVID-19 would require personal to be extra clean when working in someones car but I guess not.
Arrived early for oil change and tire rotation. called for a ride not knowing how long it was going to be received call approx. 30 mins later truck was done very happy with that. Would recommend.

Service department is not accommodating at all. 3rd time I’ve had to bring my car in. Did i mention i just bought it 5 weeks ago? I pay for the warranty that I’m supposed to get a loaner car. I’ve gotten a loaner 1 out of the 3 times basically them telling me to f myself and wait until they’re done. “Well how long do you think it will take” with the answer being “How are we supposed to know”. Consider this before doing service with them.
James was absolutely great and answered many questions for me. Allowed great amount of time for checking out the vehicles and test driving to make sure the Jeep Renegade was a great fit for me. Great time management at facility to get me driving off the lot that day. Would recommend to anyone!
Just purchased my new Jeep Grand Cherokee from Al Radominski and would highly recommend him. Had been to another dealership previously and dealt with a young salesman. His/his manager’s numbers didn’t make any sense for what price they claimed to want to sell me the vehicle for. I am a busy professional and don’t have time for that type of nonsense. Was give Al’s name by a friend and when I met with Al there was no nonsense and no wasting time. Very happy with the price we paid. Got help from his assistant Andy during the process, they make a great team. Thanks Al and Andy for a great car buying experience- we will be back to see Al next time we need a vehicle. One one star because it wouldnt let me choose lower. RUN away from this dealership and the inept sales department and customer service reps. They dont return phone calls and they are a shady organization. I had missing parts, broken pieces, and actually DENTED brand new car they passed off. NO apologies from the sales department about any of the inconvenient trips I had to make to Hamburg. Regret thinking these guys were a decent group. HORRIBLE!

I love the Jeep Compass I leased, but was not happy with my experience with the dealer in regards to customer service. I was told when I came back to pick up the vehicle that everything would be ready. When I got there we sat for a very long time because nothing was ready. We had mentioned a discount tothem when we went the first time and were told this would be looked into and they would have it all set when we got there to pick up the vehicle. Nothing was done. they had not looked into the discount until we were sitting there, the registration of the vehicle was not done and was done while we sat there. When we were leaving I had to ask the salesmen if he was going to go over the car with me ( it was close to closing time of no fault of mine!) he grabbed his jacked and went out there with me, but i could feel how rushed it was because it was quitting time. the finance person was rude in my opinion, because the contract he wanted me to sign did not show them paying off my current lease and I insisted he add it to the contract. He was rude about it. I had the right to ask about this. Changes had to be made to the contract because although i told the salesmen during my first visit, it was never corrected.Not a good experience overall.
I purchased my first vehicle from Towne, I was pleased with the whole experience. I knew what i wanted before i got to their location because i had searched their website beforehand. I met with a salesperson, told him what i was looking for and he promptly brought the vehicle around for me to look at. I will return to Towne again in the future to buy again!

Extremely unhappy with my experience at Towne Ram etc. on Camp road in Hamburg, NY. Their task was to change 4 light bulbs and correct a water vaper problem in one headlight. They changed the bulbs but informed me the water situation could not be fixed and Id have to replace both headlight assemblies completely. Two of the bulbs installed would not even work. They charged me $600 and left my truck in worse condition then when I brought it in. I was informed that replacing the two headlights would cost almost $2,000. So they wasted my $600 mostly on replacing bulbs in fixtures they latter told me needed replaced. Not happy.

We found exactly what we were looking for at a great price. However, when picking up the vehicle and signing all the papers, we were blindsided by a warranty option at an extra $2,000. I wish we were given this information when we purchased the vehicle 2 days before and had a chance to discuss it to see if we would be able to afford it. My husband and I are both on a fixed income and this was a discussion that we would have liked to have beforehand. We didnt appreciate being put on the spot when a decision was needed right away at that time. Other than this, it was a pleasant buying experience.

Ive purchased Chrysler vehicles throughout the past 20 years at other big name dealers. I was never happy with the service or overall experience. Vehicles were great though. This time around I found a vehicle at Towne in Hamburg. Found similar vehicles at the other dealerships, but didnt want to deal with the nonsense. I cant say enough good things about my experience at Towne. My sales advisor was Joe. He treated me with respect, no pressure selling and was extremely reasonable. Not once did I feel uncomfortable. After being a VERY loyal Towne cash customer and business advocate since 2004 imagine my shock when I found out Towne was nowhere near being in my corner. They apparently sold me a truck that was a branded lemon yet they never told me, glazed over all of it, said it was like brand new and never even told me that it would affect my resale later on. Then they proceeded to act as though I was the problem when I came in to trade, and when it was apparent what the car really was they stated they wanted to, “make it right.” That meant they made me an offer to buy it back and then rescinded it 10 minutes later stating the other vehicle they offered to me was sold. No additional offer. They clearly cater to people interested in high end cars but treat everyone else poorly. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, the Towne automotive group is terrible.

Been here for service before, but this is my first review. The service department is very knowledgeable and friendly. I usually do most of my own work, but have come in for alignments and the odd recall or even when I didn’t have the specific tool or didn’t feel like doing the work. I would think that service departments would hate a guy like me, but have always been happy to have me and very fair. The waiting room has been updated and is actually quite nice. It’s also surrounded by restaurants if you want to spend Time elsewhere
Ive come here several times now for parts for my Chrystler T&C and Dave at the parts department was extremely friendly and knowledgeable every single time. Always smiling and glad to help with whatever parts needs I had. I drive out of my way to come here because of how wonderful the service is. Dave even remembered me from the last time I had gotten parts there which is rare in general, let alone at a big car dealership.

Dave Loft knocked it out of the park when I bought my brand new 2019 Jeep Cherokee. My brother in law bought his Jeep from him and recommended Dave to me. I was so impressed with his efficiency and knowledge of the Jeep as well as his personality. I immediately felt at ease and I knew I was getting the best deal out there. The whole team was great and I was leaving with my brand new Jeep in under 4 hours — we even went and got lunch while Dave handled the insurance stuff and got the paperwork ready. My roommate bought a brand new truck December 2017 from a different dealership and we were there over 7 hours while the saleswoman was making other deals and didn’t know the inventory they had — he wishes he was ready for something new to buy from Dave! All around great experience and I couldn’t have asked for anything more.
The wait room is much better than before! Nicely remodeled! Usually, they are pretty good with wait time. Went in for winter tire change, alignment and inspection, it took 2.5 hours!!! As a suggestion, would like to know in advance how long to expect to wait so I could plan accordingly. Otherwise, staff is always friendly.
Overall very satisfied with my vehicle purchasing experience.My salesman was very good and took the time to answer my questions and got me into the lease I was hoping for. I did not feel pressured with my experience and that is always a plus when searching for the right vehicle.

I went to Towne Jeep to have a recall work performed on my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee on the morning of 11/30/17. It was in regards to the Brake Booster Shield (T59). Went in. Got it checked out/done. There for only about an hour. I normally take the time to inspect my vehicle after any service visit at any dealership because some are very careless. But, I didnt. That was my fault. I get home and decided to check out their work then. Im only 10 minutes away, less than 5 miles. What did I find, a dent with a few scuff marks on my right rear passenger door. Also noticed that the cowl panel cover wasnt properly secured.I havent called the dealership yet but I know all their going to say is, 1) Are you sure it wasnt there before you came in?, 2) You drove it off your service visit so now were not liable, 3) You have no proof it was us.I know my vehicle and I take care of my vehicle. And this wasnt there prior to my visit. The dent is slightly larger than a quarter so its probably not even worth fixing. But, its just the point that you guys were careless and damaged my vehicle. No matter how small or big, you damaged it.After I noticed the damage I decided to wash my vehicle and put a clay bar to the damaged area. Luckily, I was able to remove the scuffs and the damage didnt penetrate thru the paint. But, that dent is there.This was my first ever visit to Towne Jeep. Itll most likely be my last visit ever for anything.Ive attached before and after photos.

The vehicle was exactly as he stated, in great shape so I purchased it. Runs like a charm........my mechanic couldnt find anything to be concerned with. Leased a vehicle. Went to pick it up, it was very dirty even after they cleaned it. It had many long scratches on it, and they didnt fill the gas up like it said in my contract. It was basically the worst service ever! On the bright side, they told me to bring it back another day so they could make things right. It still remains to be seen.
Went for an appointment at 1 and was very clear at my need to be done by 2:30 to get my children from school. At 2:40 I had to find the advisor only to be told it wasnt ready. Car still wasnt ready at 3:30, didnt leave until 4. Communication is poor at best, service advisor had NO CLUE what he was talking about. Unfortunately all that was important was getting my money and attempting to overcharge me for additional unnecessary services.
Great experience at this dealership. Loved that they let you look around without salespeople descending on you like vultures. Excellent customer service--bought and drove away with my vehicle the same day! Thanks for a stress-free car buying experience James May and Towne team!!
Sue Camus was great. Got the new Jeeps hood realigned and painted from the problem that occurred when we brought it home the first day. Sue was very informative and explained everything that was done. I wish your salesmen would take a class from her about customer relations!

Chris was exceptionally helpful and called when there was additional work needed to be done. I had to speak with my husband and call him back a few times and each time I got ahold of Him (not a voice mail) and our vehicle was done in a timely manner! They are a great group of people working there and I highly recommend them
