I give Juan a 5 stars. He’s always very efficient and easy to work with in regarding to explaining your plan benefits pros/cons. Every time I come into the store he was a great attitude and his customer service is a 5 star. Today I came in during my lunch and Juan was able to help me order my new phone and I was out in approximately 15 mins. Good job Juan!

The rep that helped us out was Nat, and not only did Nat give us exactly what we asked for, but she also did it in a timely matter. Was in and out quickly, but all of our needs were still met. She even convinced me to bring my parents in later to upgrade. 10/10

It’s rare these days to find excellent customer service but that was my experience this morning when I walked into the Hanford AT&T store. Steven greeted me professionally and then proceeded to go above and beyond to help me solve my problem. He took time and listened to what my needs were and then was able to fix the issue. I went in wanting a new line because I was DONE with Verizon’s outrageous prices! Ozzi helped me and WOW he did an amazing job helping me out. I was just wanting a new line but I left with a new line and an Internet package because he was just that good and sold me on it and I couldn’t say no to the price! Adrian was a fantastic help getting me and my boyfriend set up with new apple devices. He walked us through everything we needed in order to understand what we were doing, gave friendly suggestions, and answered all of our questions. I called ahead of time and asked for an appointment to have information transferred from one phone to another and was told to come in right now because it wasnt very busy. WRONG! The one I spoke to on the phone was the one who checked me in and said shed help me and 10-15 minutes later, Im still waiting. This place is so slow but once it was my turn, the young man helping me was nice and took care of the proper transfer. AT & T is never a place I like to waste 1-1.5 hours of my time.

They should have negative stars ... Staff NOT helpful!! AND EVERYONE NEEDS TO BEWEAR OF this guy, Eddie he is a liar!! He is shady, poses to be an authorize user on customers accout changes and adds things without asking or explaining what he is doing. Do not trust anything that comes out of his mouth. While I was dealing with switching to AT&T from another cell provide he was talking my young kids to ask me for IPhone without asking me if it was ok. He never explained plans or prices just kept saying ahh all will be in your first bill and remember first bill will be higher...still waiting for my cell phone bill to be correct. The mangers are hard to get a hold of because supposedly they are always unavailable in meetings. This store is a joke when it comes to customers service go to the other store by Costco they at least try to resolve any issues.At&t has grt coverage but the experience switching over and lies n promises told by Eddie T has left us having to go in multiple times to store to try to fix his mess n lies.

Recently went into the store and was helped by Jose J. I could not have been happier with the service that he provided. I had many questions as I had not had the best service with other locations, however, the service provided has completely changed my mind and I left feeling very satisfied with my purchase.
