Been traveling for 2 weeks and stopped in as we headed to Illinois. Cleanest, best smelling and most up to date bathrooms we’ve encountered! Two clerks very friendly and helpful.

Awful customer service, they kept declining my card from inside, said it want declined and to just keep trying my card, caused all of the money to be drained out of my bank account, leaving me with no money, no gas, 2 dogs and a 2 year old 300 miles from home. Refused to compensate me for the gas, or even a gift card. Gave me a phone number and told me to call in 48 hours on Monday. I showed them my back account that showed $0 but all I was told was sorry its policy that they could not help me.
