Personally I feel like if they would just put the up-to-date prices on the very few things they have they would sell more but every time I go in I feel like they want to haggle. Id rather just go across the street, to a department store online, or on the other side of town to furniture store thats not selling liquidation to pay a slight bit extra to not have to deal with that hassle.

My wife and I recently bought a new mattress and I am so glad we went to Box Drop Mattress in Hannibal. The prices are very affordable and the bed is amazing. But the customer service is what I will remember most. It was phenomenal! All our questions were answered and they helped with loading and strapping down our new purchase in the truck. Allen and Michelle are extremely friendly and I was happy to not only receive a comfy new bed, but also support their business. They’re great people. Go see them!

My fiancee and I heard about BoxDrop on a local facebook group and were in need of a new bed. We were waiting to get a new bed because new mattresses are usually really expensive. After a brief conversation over text - yeah, they text- they came in over an hour before opening to help us sleep better. The people who own this business were very welcoming, kind, patient, & extremely helpful when I came in to purchase a mattress. Thr atmosphere is very welcoming and comfortable.I love that I was able to purchase a high quality mattress with a 10 year warranty, as well as being able to purchase an adjustable base with the price bundled with the mattress! I saved so much money, & have been sleeping SO GOOD on this mattress! I havent had a bed so comfortable, & love being able to sleep all throughout the night! Had an appointment to look at Mattresses and texted when I arrived like requested, no response. Waited over 30 minutes and called, they actually hit ignore. Horrible customer service. They couldve at least answered or messaged back that it would be a while still. Its been a hour now and still no response. I dont know about quality or price but the customer service is horrible. I left and wont return.
