Customer service was excellent. Which seems nowadays is hard to come by. Our salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend this store if youre needing a new mattress. Theyll get fixed up with one that will help you get the great sleep that you need.

Originally I purchased a mattress and adjustable base online that was a HUGE mistake! I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ONLINE! I waited a month and half and I could not take sleeping on that mattress not one more night ! I got back online and contacted customer service about exchanging the mattress they told me to go into and store and pick one out then come back home and then go through the processing with them online! I asked if I could do the exchange in store instead, the lady told me that online orders HAD to be done online which made zero sense. I immediately got out of bed now mind you I just had back surgery 3 weeks ago so on top of no sleep and pain I was not too happy to hear I couldn’t just take care of it in one shot! I arrived at the Mattress Firm Harker heights store and was greeted by John. I was told certain things online that were not true about exchanging the mattress we had bought online. John took care of me and took his time making sure I got the right bed for me the second time! I highly recommend going into the store to pick out your mattress! We started all over and now I have the bed that will work for me coming in a couple days! Thank you John for turning my thoughts about Mattress Firm around! On top of getting me the bed I wanted he had a great and friendly attitude! 5 Star service all the way! He went above and beyond helping me and making sure other customers that walked in got help as well! I was sad to see only light colors because they don’t match my bedroom aesthetic but I couldn’t pass them up they were too soft!

I was extremely happy with my experience! The sales manager Robert was beyond helpful. My situation was more than complex. I needed two sets that day, I was on a budget and they were closing in less than an hour. Robert knew his inventory so well he was able to explain exactly what he had in stock and how it compared to items I had previously purchased from there. He kept it all under my budget. I was only able to fit one of the mattresses in my vehicle so he also offered to deliver the others free of charge. I was in and out in about 15-20 minutes feeling very blessed that I met him that day. I recommend this location to anyone looking for helpful, professional, quick service.

She has excellent customer service and expeditiously assisted not only amazingly but did it over the phone and through text messages. I had been in search of a mattress since 10/4th. From the time I entered the store the service was professional, yet friendly. He listened to what I wanted and gave me space to decide on my end decision unrushed. I do not recall the salemens name at this time, but I appreciate his expertise and assistance with helping me garner a mattress I loved.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend this place if you are shopping for a mattress.We had children with us. The staff was very understanding of them being a little crazy while we where trying some of the beds.Don’t bring kids if you can help it. Lol

John was amazing. I actually came in to ask for directions and ended up buying some pillows. It was like a glitch in the matrix. He must of hypnotized me or something. But these pillows are almost as magical as John. This man deserves a promotion!

No pushy salesmanship, just listening to what our current sleep issues and pain points are, what we want and showing us what will help in those areas. The intellibed that we chose spoke for itself. My wife and I laid on it for about 5 minutes just talking it over and both of us almost fell asleep.

Thorough explanation of mattress types. Knowledgeable. Was not informed that the bed base that is free is not returnable once delivered, until I had already run my credit for zero percent interest. Be sure if they run yours you talk about how high the limit will be in advance, as she asked for more than I needed. When the base was delivered it was NOT what was shown on the floor with the remote free from the base. Dont get me wrong it works, but there is a cord on the remote, and no USB ports in the side. I spoke with the manager after all of this, and he promised to train them to disclose things in the future so that nobody feels misled in the future. All of these things by themselves arent a big deal, but together, I feel a little icky about the transaction.

I got a great deal with 2 brand new Queen mattresses with the same materials and concept design that youd find at bigger shops for way less. They even had mattress protection, delivery, setup and disposal of old mattresses at a price no other place could match. Im happy I decided to shop local!

Ms. Gibbs was the sales associate that helped me. She was awesome. She was not like some sales associate trying to make a sale. She told me what she had and I tried it,but I told I seen something else. She took the time to let me go get my phone from car and show her and I tried it. But by the time I left I picked one that she showed me and still got a good deal. If you need a mattress go to Ms. Gibbs she spends time and listens.👍

The salesperson did not communicate properly whatsoever when ordering my mattress from here. I was very disappointed to see that only your mattress gets dropped off at the entrance of your door. That’s considered your “full delivery”. If you want to have it set up properly in your desired bedroom then you have to pay an extra $100. We were not explained this or told whatsoever. We had no obligation to pay the extra charge if given the option. I understand there was a budget we had but it shouldn’t diminish on our worth as a customer. It was so “great” for my husband and I to lift up to the 2nd story of our home. Will not return for further purchases. It seems the sales associate was more concerned on his commission than anything.
