Great customer service. Highly knowledgeable sales personnel, focused on the customer. I would highly recommend checking out this store before you make your mattress purchase.

Second visit was definitely a lot better than first. First visit we spent a lot more money but there was a mix up with one of our dual temps and then the store closed due to covid-19and I had to deal with customer service a couple of times to get it delivered. That proved to be a bit more difficult than it shouldve been. We wanted to return and purchase the headboard there as well but bought online due to store being closed.Second visit was great. I was greeted by Ali and purchased two pillows with matching hypoallergenic covers. It honestly couldnt have gone better. I tried multiple pillows with disposable covers, narrowed it down-never felt rushed, and was on my way.Thanks for the much better experience. Only downside is the parking. Very limited due to being in shopping plaza and narrow. Otherwise, highly recommend. Thanks again.

Chris Jones helped us find the perfect Sleep Number mattress. He was patient and very informative. Chris also stayed late (past closing time) when we returned at the last minute to purchase our mattress. If you are tired of purchasing mattresses that do not last or even come close to meeting the description the furniture store gave, go see Chris at the Harker Heights Sleep Number store and buy a real mattress that will put you to sleep every night without fail.

Very good visit and learned alot from Heather and the huge difference of but a bed us a bed guy thinking and the Sleep Number adjustable I purchased! Only wish they were not so backed up for delivery, got a week still to go but thanks for the much better rest that is coming!

Our sales representative Christopher was the absolute consummate professional, that was very knowledgeable about the product he was selling us. Gave us a very patient and thorough presentation of the different mattress products available.

Ally our rep took the time to walk us through step by step. She got us comfortable started us with questions on how we sleep etc. got us the pillows that would best suit our sleeping position. Then walked us through understand the sleep number bed and financing. We LOVES her and would recommend her to anyone interested in checking out the sleep IQ smart beds. We were sold. Now we are patiently waiting on the arrival of our bed.

We really had an awesome clerk helping us and 2 other couples in the store.She gave us ALL divided attention and answered ALL our questions thatwe ALL asked. The clerk was very friendly always asking if we would like a water, tea or coffee and anything else she might help us with. We bought a bed from her, as well as pillows and mattress protective covers for oursplit king size bed due to acknowledgement she had of the bed. Again, the clerk was the sell on the bed.

Purchased my sleep number about 3 months ago at this point. Took 3 not 2 weeks to have delivered. Slept on my sleep number for 3 nights. Instantly purchased a Sealy Hybrid from mattress firm because my sleep number was causing me so much back pain. When I called to return they stated I had to wait 30 days to return. I told the lady I had already purchased a new mattress and I didn’t need 30 days to decide. She stated it was mandatory. Well now it’s been 30 days and I have just now been notified that only the mattress is refundable. To top all my dissatisfaction with sleep number I purchased a blanket that after the first wash looks like I have owned it for over 3 years. Keep searching there is better quality for less!

We continue to go to this Sleep Number because of Heather and her co-workers. Super friendly and they are always patient about answering any and all questions. Theyre the best!

We have been using SLEEP NUMBER beds since 1994. They are the best for us. Since moving here to Harker Heights, Texas, we have found Heather, the saleslady at Sleep Number to be friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and thoroughly professional. Thats why we deal with her at that store.

Ally was great and helped walk us through everything. She answered all of the questions we could think of at the time and let us know we can call back at whenever we need to.

Heather at the Harker Heights, TX store was the sales representative who took care of me. she absolutely made my experience in the store comfortable and friendly. She accommodated every request I had to try a different sleep number but she pretty much knew which one was going to be my final choice. Have been waiting for a great sale 😁 at Sleep Number. Am an older person that enjoys my comfort. I did it; purchased an I-7 king with all the bells and whistles. The sales people at this location are fantastic. Giving me all the information that I asked for and more. I personally want to thank Heather Kinne, who was my sales expert. Very professional but yet kind and full of knowledge, she helped me with everything. My new smart bed will be arriving to my home on 25 Feb. Will take pictures of it and add to this review. 5 🌟s for this location and all the staff that works there, especially Heather Kinne.

The sales representatives were great, knowledgeable and professional. I was less than impressed with the delivery men when one tried to tactfully insult my spouse and consistently made sarcastic remarks and rolled his eyes. He was acting unprofessional and rude inside my own home. I dread the delivery of my kids beds in a few weeks because I might have to deal with them again. This is added to the fact that I only received a mattress because the base was damaged during shipping. Common courtesy would have made us feel a little better.

My sleep number was 4, and my wifes number was also 4. So we made the bed an 8 and it feels too firm for either of us so I took it back and got a new fish tank at pet smart with the money I got back. The fish I bought died.
