We had an incredible time this afternoon while choosing a mattress. Our salesperson was Nicole, who was extremely knowledgeable and patient. After trying several different mattresses, we finally selected one that was a hybrid, both coil and memory foam. Nicole was very kind, considerate, and accommodating. We are definitely going back for couch and other furniture selections at a later date. Thank you, Nicole!

I took my Uncle Ben in to purchase a mattress from Rooms To Go today and the experience he had was AMAZING. The sales associate, Denise, was top notch and I can’t say enough accolades about her professionalism and knowledge. She made my uncle feel like he was family. I enjoyed the experience tremendously!

Well, the furniture I picked was perfect, the salesman very nice. Unfortunately I never got it. Delivery date was set for two weeks from the day I paid, it was in stock and I understand about scheduling things. On the delivery date, a Friday morning, they called and canceled near the end of the delivery window and rescheduled for the next day. That morning they called and canceled again, trying to schedule for Monday. Under no circumstances are we available on Mondays after 8 am. Apparently they scheduled anyway and we were supposed to be first, the message said 730. At 830 it changed to between 9 and 10 but we couldnt be there. The next available date was 17 days out. As I write this, it is on a truck in the parking lot at the store, where it has been for a week. I wasnt going to chance waiting 29 days for an in stock item to be delivered 2 miles, just for them to cancel again. The store manager said either wait or he will give us our money back. We canceled and got our money back with no issues. Im pretty disappointed as it would have been our first nice living room set in 22 years. I have holes in my boots, holes in my jeans, and holes in my truck... breaking off nearly $4000 on couches was not an easy pill to swallow. With this type of service I feel better sitting on a lawn chair with the money in my pocket.

Ordered a living room set in July, had it delivered in September. The delivery window was accurate, as we received text messages up to the day of delivery between 11A-3p (they showed right before 3p). As they were loading the couch off the truck, they pointed out two large rips on both sides of the dust covers. The feet of the couch were also supposed to be included but never came with the couch.Then, only 1 out of the 2 side tables were able to be assembled. We were told The second one had a “manufacturer defect” and could not be assembled. Had to have customer service set up a date to deliver a new one. We’ll see if it shows up on time.Awful service, this was first time purchasing from RTG, but 0/10 do not recommend.

Got a warranty for the furniture we bought and we needed to report an incident for them to check. They gave us a hard time.. kept us waiting. Said they would check the furniture and set a time but never arrived.. wasted our time waiting and they still have not kept their word! Never buy their warranty coz it’s no good. They will give you the round arounds! Don’t believe sales people! NEVER 👎

My family and I arrived at Rooms to Go for the second time today. During our first visit we didn’t have a pleasant experience with the initial representative, but on our second visit we had the opportunity to meet Nick. Nick was very kind, professional, and informative. His positive attitude truly made the experience for us. I would highly recommend anyone shopping for furniture to visit with Nick at Rooms To Go!

Im not a huge fan of shopping for furniture. No one really likes being hassled and followed around when they just want to look at things. We all know that its just the nature of that beast. However, I would say that my shopping experience at this store was one of the easier and more enjoyable ones. I was of course met at the door by a salesperson, her name was Carmen. She asked me what I was looking for, we had a small back and forth, she showed me about four options, and then left me alone. She just said Yall take a look around by yourselves, and let me know if you need any help. We never felt pressured, we got a better look at everything, and we are probably more apt to going back after shopping at two other places as well.

I bought a king size bed, some parts came in queen size. I tried doing a reselect by going to the store and picking a bed as I was told to do. I called back and they said it was discontinued. After being transferred 8 times and no one knew why I was being sent back to them, I asked for a refund. I was on the phone for 2 hours. I WILL never buy from here again.

Let me tell you guys, rooms to go is amazing, their sales reps are absolutely wonderful! Denise is an amazing sales person and human being in general! All the questions we had she answered with such detail and precision that it was amazing! This is literally one of the best sales person Ive ever had the pleasure to work with! Shes so thorough with her explanations and products, she knows everything that anyone would want to know about the products she sales! If you ever need to get an experienced sales rep from this store, ask for her! Because she just doesnt work there, she is there for the customer and sales are second! She will take care of you and make sure you get the best products for your needs! IM TELLING YALL DENIS IS THE BEST SELLS REP IN THIS STORE! I purchased a bunk bed from here. Paid delivery and set up, it arrived broken, and parts missing. I was told the next day they could come back with what was needed, then told no I’d have to wait a week, then it was a few days for some parts, and a few weeks for a different part of the bed.The parts that did arrive were left in my kids room, that now they cannot utilize, PARTS HAVE FELL ON MY INFANT AND MY 8 YEAR OLD! Not once has anyone said sorry, or we’re doing the best we can. Nothing! I asked for a refund and to come pick these pets up because it has now become a HAZARD! two days later still WAITING! for as expensive as this place is you’d think they’d be more out together. SMH.

DO NOT PURCHASE THE WARRANTY they do not keep their word. We needed to replace screws and they wanted 60.00Then my sons trundle broke they said you purchased warranty for everything but the trundle??? Now common sense says if I purchased it for everything else with multiple bedroom sets why would we exempt just the trundle? They steal you’re money and do not care. Will never shop at this garbage store again.My daughter dresser got dented some from us and they said it’s our fault so they don’t cover it, but it says they do on website and the sales person said they will cover for any mistake on ours or their end.So morale to story not even 1 thing is covered from them and we spent ALOT on furniture and ALOT on warranty alone but nothing covered. I truly need to recommend Viviana to everyone. She’s awesome. Received us when we got to the store, great service, patient and super knowledgeable on how to get just what we needed. My full order was not delivered. I’m incredibly dissatisfied with this company and do not recommend them to anyone. I ordered a full bedroom set for my son and they did not deliver the dresser. The delivery staff were also not great, they didn’t work with use to solve the issue but simply passed the buck to an automated support line.

Update: 3/21/21: subtracted two stars, and hoping this is the last issue. So on the day we ordered our living room set, we got a certain recliner on impulse which was set to deliver in June, the other furniture next month. Hubs decided he didnt like the chair enough to pay that much for it, so I called two days later to cancel the order, which I was assured at the time we bought the chair wouldnt be a problem if we changed our mind. Whats shadier than a forest in Grimms fairy tales, is that when theyre telling you returns are hassle free, theyre lying to your face by omission. They dont tell you that if you DO change your mind, you will wait no less than seven, and up to 10 business days for a paper check to be mailed from corporate to you. A check, in the year 2021. Even the IRS doesnt send checks anymore.They took the more than $800 cash out of our account before the door closed behind us as we left, but they cant refund it for seven to ten business days, and with a check!? And after reading some of the reviews about refund hassles, now Im worried about THAT actually happening.What Im also stressed about is if well even get our furniture the day she said we would, after reading the horror stories about missed dates and horrible delivery service. Will downgrade stars again if the rest doesnt show when its supposed to.Beth was a fantastic salesperson, very knowledgeable, worked with us to try and find us the best options within our budget.Hope well love our furniture when it comes next month.😬

I visited the Rooms to go location in Harker Heights. Im pushing 40 and may be getting a little sentimental, but I never would have thought that shopping at a furniture store could be so fun. Upon entering, youre immediately greeted by a staff member. Rooms to go lives up to its name and can accommodate your home furnishing needs (except for kitchen and dinning room). The picture that I posted was of the fullsized bunk bed/futon combo that I bought for my son. This bed is big and can easily accommodate adults (250+). Robert was my sales representative and he was great to work with. Robert made the entire process seamless (detailed quotes, efficiently processing the paperwork, and keeping me abreast of my furniture delivery status). Robert was able to have my goods delivered 10 days early. All aspects of purchase to delivery was professional, timely, detailed, and accurate. Rooms to go thank you for the wonderful experience.

I had to refurnish several rooms in my new home, and from start to finish, Kevin was extremely professional, knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the entire purchase.Kevin continued to keep me updated on my orders after the purchase and maximized all shipping options for me. If you want furniture fast do not choose this place. One of the worst furniture stores I ever shopped at. Nick the sales associate was very nice but the shipping process needs to get fixed. Family emergency came up and I cant put together a whole living room set by myself and they were not willing to waive the installation fee. Ill be going to Ashley furniture were I only had to wait one week for a delivery, also very easy to work with and are very understanding compared to waiting 5 months and not even getting my set, which I canceled and was the biggest waste of my time.

I would love to give five stars but my furniture arrived with one of the peices damaged. Now I have to wait almost a month to get the piece replaced.I am happy to report that the issue with the damaged piece has been resolved. I waited about 2 to 1 1/2 weeks for my furniture. When it was delivered, the delivery men were extra nice and apologetic. But I didn’t get ever I patiently waited for. I tried to call rooms to go to see when I’d be able to complete my order and was hung up on three times. This is extremely poor customer service. This may be my last time dealing with them. Depending on how they rectify this situation. If I have to wait another 2 to 3 weeks, they’ll hear about it!! Signed, they got me messed up!

Just be sure when they write you sales receipt they have the right color written down as a side note. They are ne er willing to contact you on there mistakes. We were told what we order was discontinued so they just sent us what they wanted too and never contacted us to see what we wanted to do. Such a hassle because we had already taken our bed down so had no where to sleep but on the floor for a couple of days.

Edit: changed 2 star rating to one because its taken a month to get a refund. Apparently they can take money instantly but a refund has to be mailed to you from Florida...People in the store are awesome,but their delivery process is the worst. In my first delivery after waiting over 2 weeks, they delivered a part that was broken, I had to wait 2 more weeks for them to send me the fix part. When they finally delivered the new part, it was broken and obviously used. After being upgrade to a better more stable part, (because obviously that part is not stable) in which I paid half the price for that part, I had to wait over a week for that to be delivered. When that part finally came in (in good condition) they found more broken parts in the original shipped boxes... I didnt want to wait an extra 2 weeks so I opt for a refund which is going to take.... you guessed it, 2 weeks...If their delivery process was as good as the people who worked in the store, Rooms to go would be second to none. Being furniture with less parts to break is probably the best way to go if your shipping at Rooms To Go.

Rooms To Go was stocked so low on everything we wanted/needed, and then there was a miscommunication of how the funds on my Rooms To Go credit card could be used; but, Ms. Elise went above and beyond to make sure my fiancé and I were taken care of. She made everything a quick and easy process, while being able to have most of my furniture delivered within 3 weeks. This pandemic really has changed a lot for a lot of businesses, but I’m so thankful the staff at Rooms To Go are still willing to go above and beyond for their customers. If you are expecting to have furniture in a timely manner, I would not recommend this place. The staff that delivered did not handle with care and the wheels were falling off the cocktail table we had ordered. After we sent the table back, no one contacted us to send a new table even though the staff that delivered said there would be someone to contact us. I went out of my way to call customer service and was told I would be called back. 3x after calling, no one called back. After going back to speak to someone in person, we were told there was nothing they could do and we would have to wait another 1-2weeks until we can set up another delivery time. I expected more communication from this company. Very disappointed and would not recommend getting furniture from this place.

The people in the store have been very helpful, but the delivery process needs to be fixed. We ordered two chairs, two ottomans, and a love seat. It took two months for delivery and they couldnt get it right. One of the ottomans had stains on it, and a chair was missing the legs and had a rip in the bottom. Now it will take almost two more months to send out the replacement furniture. By the time this is over, it will have taken almost five months to get what we paid for and nobody seems to be in a hurry to make things right.

He assisted me in my purchase of a full size bed, trundle, mattress, bunki board, and 2 nice pillows as well as set up delivery. He helped me pick out which mattress and pillows I thought would work best for me and allowed me to try them out. Should be rated -5 stars. This place is terrible, they only care about profit and not the customers. Worst customer service I have ever felt with. Waited 4 weeks for my daughters new bedroom set. On delivery day they only thing they delivered was the mattress bed rails and mirror for the dresser. I had to call the customer service center and wait on hold for 2 1/2 hours before anyone could tell my why and where the rest of my furniture was. After weeks of no attempt by the store to make it right or attempt to get my furniture faster, I told them I was returning my furniture and taking my business somewhere else before they finally did something to help. This place is the worst!

They have friendly sales people but after the order is made you have to deal with customer service. Your chances are pretty high that something will go wrong. Damaged furniture or missing hardware are typical in our experience.We had missing hardware, their customer service didnt answer after 45 minutes so we went to the store just to be told customer service will call us back. Customer service called at the end of the day just to refer us back to the sales person. They were able to find a solution and we waited on the hardware to arrive in the mail. We then unboxed everything to see if it was something we wanted to assemble ourselves instead of waiting another week for our daughter to have a bed to sleep In, just to find a 2 Chunk missing out of the particle board, 😒 Not the best quality furniture. I than called customer service waited on hold for an hour just for the system to hang up on me. I went to the store and was told customer service would call me back, well they didnt and its Saturday so now I need to wait until Monday for them to schedule an exchange another week out. God willing they dont try and repair it first.Not sure if Ill shop here again and for sure wont recommend them to anyone. Delivery is too expensive for the lack of service and time required. However, pick up cost money as well 🤯 its a lose lose situation.

I would not recommend purchasing anything from Rooms to go. We purchased a couch in 2019.. took them 3 months longer then they originally said to get our couch. Then they showed up with 3 pieces and one of them didn’t belong with our order. We waited another 3 months for the correct piece. Then they didn’t have the cord to operate one of the couches. Took them 2 months to send out a piece. It was the wrong piece. I’ve called email and chatted on their live chat. The guy said he’d send me the correct piece. I waited 2 more months and finally got the cord. Now, in 2020 one of the cords no longer works. I ordered another cord back in November 2020. We received a piece for the couch early January... it was the WRONG CORD AGAIN. some guy named Jamal said he would get it sent out. Here I am in almost April and still no cord. This place is freaking AWFUL

Okay I was supposed to have got my furniture on the 18th I have part of it Ill be at 8 came in late bye week then it shows up with a headboard totally crushed their supposed to get back with me they dont I have to get ahold of them which is horrible trying to get a hold of them on the phone put on hold in calling today cant get a hold of them I just want my grandsons bed up or youll have a place to sleep they just dont seem to get it I really dont know what each other is doing between the delivery system in the stores it is really horrible. They love to advertise and sell but backing up what they deliver is a total different deal

My wife and I are really disappointed in the effort of the delivery team and customer service. We ordered 2 mattress, a bed frame and a couch. We was promised that everything would be here on the same day. When that day came we got the bed frame and the couch. We was told we had to wait until NEW YEARS EVE to get the 2 mattress that was on 11/27/2020. So today is new years eve and we was told that we wont be able to get the mattress until later no date, no time, nothing. The mattress was on the truck!!! Its been an hour try to reach rooms to go customer service.

BUYER BE WARE. I am getting the run around with getting a sofa replaced that was suppose to be done a long time ago with many excuses by them!Now they want me to send more pictures like its a new claim to get my sofa replaced b/c they said they dont have one like mine in stock anymore. Why would this be a new claim, they are ripping me off!Hours on hold to cust service w/promises of a call back from a Sup. never happened! NEVER WILL I DO BUSINESS W/ THEM AGAIN.

Rooms To Go has some very nice furniture in it. we were greeted at the door but left alone so we can look around on our own. When we had questions the sales associate was there to answer our questions. This store was well organized.

I ordered a couch online in dec because I didnt have time to go into the store. I got half the couch in feb because the other half was damaged. I was told I would get the other half in may because it was on back order. I called in a couple weeks later to check on it and they said they werent sure when I get it so I traded couches. I was at first told it would be in late march then it changed to may. I am still waiting on my couch and paying on it while waiting, on top of that for all this inconvenience I was told I could have 25.00 in store credit after i told the girl i would never shop there again. They will not give me a discount on my couch because i am a first time customer. I would not reccomend this place to anyone unless you dont want to have furniture for 4 months.

A sales rep meets you at the door. They are quite familiar with the layout and can show you were you can find, pretty much, anything you are looking for. They stay with you and provide you any feedback you might need and arent aggressive about upselling you on furniture

I went to this store needing to fill an entire home with furniture. Nicole and Nick were patient and extremely helpful in helping me choose a bed for my son, a living room set and making recommendations for future purchases. I am sure my son will be in love with his Star Wars bed. Nicole made great mattress suggestions as well. Nick helped me find a living room set that I was satisfied with when departing the store. The store was clean and all associates practiced social distancing. I will definitely be returning to Rooms To Go & Rooms To Go Kids in the future.

Delay after delay. Excuse after excuse. I would rather sleep on an air mattress..OH WAIT..I DID! Order a bed back in the middle of February for family coming down. The guy said would arrive by March 14th. Got a call two weeks later saying they were out of that bed and I would have to wait longer... customer service instore, online and over the phone were no help at all. Instead of setting a delivery time that would work for me they picked their own date and time. I had to call and have it changed again because I would have been at work when they wanted to bring it. The customer service rep said I could accept the delivery VIA voice over the doorbell and I asked what good was that going to do if someone were to drive up and take it? She told me they couldnt do anything about it if that happend so I had no choice but to move the date and time again. So here we are April 24th, I received a message saying they were going to be here a few hours ago and nothing..I had to call and find out they will now not be here for a few more hours.. You would figure they would have at least given a discount or even a free pillow for the headache and backache theyve caused NEVER AGAIN!!

I purchased new furniture for the first time in my life at rtg in harker heights texas in December 2020. The shopping part was great. My furniture is not so great. I have called to get it repaired. A man came out and looked at it. Said he would have to order parts. I have called rtg and keep getting put on hold or discomnected. I was told my furniture would be replaced but as of this date nothing.

We visited the store in Harker Heights TX Viviana was amazing and helpful with everything. We purchased the Eric Church highway to home in the grey. Its as durable as it is beautiful. Viviana was knowledgeable and very patient. She wasnt pushy she led us straight to what we wanted and didnt try to upsell us. She worked with us for the best option to fit us. I cant wait to relax on my new couch!... Update: 2/27/2020 The 2nd piece of our set was delivered today and we are in love!!! The delivery guys were not only prompt they were early both times... They were courteous and very fast. But still took the time to set it up right. Also we live in a rural area so you would think we would have problems with delivery or customer service ... Nope not with Rooms to Go. Thank yall for helping us with a great purchase!

Rooms To Go has the cutest furniture, very durable and It is very affordable (even though the furniture looks very expensive). I went to the Rooms To Go in Killeen, TX and my sales rep, Shelbi M., was extremely nice and super helpful. Even though she works in the kids department, she proactively helped me pick my bed set and answered all of my question. After my delivery was scheduled, I decided to make a few changes to my order and she made it a lot easier for me! Shelbi helped me through the whole process and she was super kind, patient and helpful. Definitely recommend Rooms To Go! If you stop by, ask for Shelbi, she is awesome!
