So i purchased a car in May and honestly it was a great process. Went smooth felt like i was really being taken care of. Well about a month after i went over my contract and decided to cancel an extra policy i signed off on. Spoke to the people of that company and they helped me out. Said the money would be refunded to the dealership and the dealership would put the money into my loan within 30 days. This was in June. Its already been over 3 months and all requests to speak to someone have not been returned.

Applied online through website told to call dealership to look into credit decision called had an appointment and stopped by to get an estimate on trade in. Nothing set in stone just a couple of ideas in mind I wanted to see what could be done as far as affordability with a really good credit score. The staff were very helpful with all my questions and concerns and stayed with us throughout process even though it was late. We waited 30 minutes, I called him twice no answer. 45 minutes later we took off. Texted the manager and told him we’re leaving, never responded and never called. Will never shop here again. Unfortunately I am quite disappointed with my experience at Bert Ogden. I initially went friday and fell in love with a car and put a down payment to hold the vehicle because I wasn’t convinced that I could handle the high monthly payments. The salesperson was great and tried to do his best but after being there for 6 hours I needed to attend to my grandparents who were with me at the time so we left. That night I didn’t feel comfortable with the monthly payments so I returned Saturday to cancel my down payment and get my money back, I spoke to the same salesperson Rolando Najera who then redirected me to his manager Eziquel Martinez who then redirected me to another manager JP Gutierrez and with JP we were finally able to come up with an agreement but I was not able to finalize anything that day due to needing to tend to my grandfather who is sick. I did inform them that I would return to sign the paperwork on Monday and we were even able to do a trade in deal. On Monday I arrived around 2:30 pm and I am waiting for hours to be seen by a financial manager. Around 5 a financial manager heads my way and confirms my name and stated he will need 5 minutes to review paperwork and then call me. Then he heads straight to another woman who is also waiting to speak to someone and then decides to take her back to his office and begins helping her with her issue. I found that very unprofessional as I had been there longer than she had and he literally just told me he would help me. I’m then told that I have to go to another store (hyundai) to that they can assist me and that I need my father to sign some paperwork. I go and my father meets us there and we wait another hour or so just to be told that they are switching the lien holder and will take longer. Mr. Najera gives me the keys to my new vehicle and stated to come back tomorrow and that everything will be fixed. I return the next day only to wait again for the financial manager and I’m being told the same thing “you are next in line. He has your paperwork he is reviewing it and then will call you.” I’m very disappointed with how they take care of their customers. I work full time and I’m also in school, I don’t live in Harlingen so I have to travel and take time out of my day to finalize something that should have been taken care of Monday. After complaining to the manager Esequiel Martínez we were then finally able to see a financial manager and I was finally able to sign all necessary paperwork. I’m not sure why I was given the run around several times but I did not appreciate that. While I am happy I was able to finalize the agreement I do not think I will be doing further business with this company.

Sun roof shattered. Gave them very ample window of time in which to service the car. Failed to even vacuum big and small, sharp, dangerous shards of glass from floor and mats and in lining of doors. Not just unsatisfactory--in this case, negligent.
