Was looking for a specific product. Asked a staff member and he said the aisle/number was indicated beneath the product. I didnt know. I went to area and found exactly what I needed. I was happy with the price and for the help I got from the staff member.

My daughter was desperate to have her oil changed cause she was way over due. I rushed over to Walmart for the first time and it was already getting dark and as I drive up to the island and asked them If they would take a walk in and they immediately took my info and took it in. Didnt take longer than 30min. Thank you Walmart for taking care of our Automotive needs!👍

I was able to get the things I was looking for, we asked for help and they said they were too busy at the automotive section. When the manager came to the area he was very helpful he was able to help several people that had been waiting without difficulty. He did not have the Im too busy attitude which was nice. We dont ask for help very often so its difficult when we cannot find what we are looking for and people say they are too busy to help.

They obviously didnt want to help 2 disabled Veterans. We took our van to get tires. They always do our tires. This time they first said it was the wrong size tire (they were the ones who put them on last time) then they kept saying they couldnt put a wheelchair van on the lift. WTF? If you dont want to do it dont make excuses

Refused to honor my tire warranty....explanation alignment issues... called for a tire price, put me on hold. I hung up after 15 minutes.

Basic Oil change took 4 hrs with 6 cars in front of mine.

I took my truck to get an oil change after it was done my aircon stopped working before I drove off. So now Im stuck in the heat till the mechanic fixes it. Very disappointed with this.
