My son and I purchased a 21 Nissan Sentra not even two months yet and the car has breaked suddenly twice already.Thank God no one was in back of me both times. The first time also, no obstacles in front or no reason for it to break. It hurt my legs and groin area from the sudden stop. I’ve been calling and a lady answered. I advised that I needed an oil change but she kept telling me that ” a “service adviser told her that they will be booked till Tuesday and gave me a hard time to transfer over to service department. She was trying so hard to discourage me and eventually did transfer me but they never answered. Not so great customer service.
