Variety of items there ...very friendly and helpful staff.

On dyes for hair its good but on nails it sucks dont have the bits u need and lots of other thgs in nail bussiness u have look else where for thgs u need.

My favorite beauty supply store! The ladies are so helpful unlike other supply stores (ahem, Sallys) I’ve brought my mom and sister and we just love all the variety of things and great prices as well with available discounts!

DO NOT SHOP HERE. They sell defective products and refuse to give refunds for their trash products. The managers are incompetent and will not help. Customer service is by far the worst I have ever experienced!

Lots of brands, reps were very helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely keep going and would recommend.

Not much of a hair selection but was eye popping on salon equipment, products, hair tools, makeup and all things salon.

I called the store after receiving a defective item and the managers hung up on me and was very disrespectful in person talking under their breaths in front of me.

HORRIBLE. says it’s closes at 6. i got there at 5:45, and they said they weren’t letting anyone in, cause they were closing. the place still had TWENTY MINUTES left!!! that’s enough to let me get one item. nail bonder. literally something that takes 5 minutes. and who cares if they close a little late? i’d understand if it was 5 minutes till 6, but 20? seriously?

They have literally everything there but the staff wouldnt leave me alone like I was trying to steal something. Asked if I needed help I said no and she stayed behind me the whole 10 minutes hand on hips staring at me

I walk in and they did not have many customers. I needed help finding a product. Not one person ask to help me. There were 2 ladies to busy visiting rather than helping customers.

I have more good things to say than bad/negative things, so i will say the good stuff, the majority have great customer service, if you ask for help, someone is always there to help you, i like that they always adk for ID when you use a credit/debit card, merchandise there is cheaper than Sallys beauty supply.

Good place for cheap beauty supplies... But the associates follow you all through out the store. It gets a little annoying, so I make quick stops.Still inexpensive, though! Get your lashes here. 💙

I usually go here to by my hair dye. They have a selection of colorful hair dyes that you cant find anywhere else. Punky colours, suavacita, and a few others. I always leave with more than I came for.

Great place to purchase hair products. Friendly staff. I especially love that they check your ID when using a charge or debit card.

Very clean store and helpful staff.

Love the store. But the lady who answered the phone was super rude. When I told her she needed to work on her customer service, she hung up. I called again asking for the manager and she ignored and tried asking what can she help me with. After asking a couple of times she finally said she was the manager and that her name was Ms Hernanda. Id expect more from a manager but I guess not.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I heard the mcallen store was good from a friend. I went to the Harlingen store thinking it would be the same. But NO. They are extremely unprofessional. Extremely rude. One star is even too much for them.

Good products but the employees dont know the differences of two very similar ones.

No one helps you out! I walked out & went to Sallys.

Workers are rude...they kept following me around and thats because I didnt even have a purse or anything. The girl kept coming up to me asking if I needed help. She didnt know much about nails. It was also hard to communicate since most the workers dont speak english. Then they get mad when you dont know spanish.
