I called my hearing aid co. looking for a provider and they had Dr. Frank Miller call me (he called himself) and said I could come right away, so I did. Dr. Frank went far and above his call of duty to try and not only help my current situation, but; perhaps help me in the future. He is fixing my current hearing aid and ALSO gave me a loaner. I very much recomend this business and will continue using them as long as I can.

Dr Frank Miller is blatantly rude, unprofessional and a nasty person and his receptionist also. When entering the building, neither one was wearing a mask and when asked to put one on due to bringing in my elderly grandmother they refused. The Dr said if I wanted him to wear a mask he would not see my grandmother. Then he proceeded to call the police on a 90 year old lady and myself to escort us out of the building. When the officers got there they also told the Dr to wear a mask and he refused again. Then the Dr and receptionist began to be rude and nasty to the officers. I definitely did not have that man see my grandmother. DO NOT GO THERE THIS MAN ONLY CARES ABOUT MONEY AND NOT THE WELLBEING OF PATIENTS. If there was a 0 I would rate him that since obviously he is ignorant and uneducated about COVID-19.

I called on the phone and they returned the call for a free hearing exam. I thought I was going to get to try a hearing aid but that did not happen. the manager was quite helpful though he did know of the eyeglasses that had the hearing aids incorporated into the ear pieces. he even looked for them on the Internet only to find that they no longer exist in the United States. There was a company in Norway but that was sort of a long-distance type of thing for me.

Mr. Miller is very thorough and knowledgeable. The office was very clean and neat.
