They denied a 63 year old lady saying the hearing aid in her ear are not the ones she gave her. But yet she hasnt been to any other doctor, wont take her Medicaid but sure glad to charge her 100.00 for another one!! What a shame,to deny any help to her, now days its all about the money and not the patient in all medical field.

We have gone to various places of hearing aids, but we have never received such a personal and professional attn giving us quality time for our hearing needs, I regret not having known before about this place and Mrs. Audiologist, we are very satisfied with her attention and service so personalized and also the quality and hearing so good, we are very happy, she has her office in Harlingen and also in Mc allen and she gives us quality time!

We are Canadian and the devices were purchased in Canada and we had excellent warranty service.
