First thing I must say is the staff is amazing! Professional and very welcoming. Miss. Miranda answered all my questions and introduced herself as she is now the new office manager and made sure she got to know my dad and mom as she will now be taking care of them. When she asked me if i can leave review at the end of their appointments, it was a given! Great office they are running there and Mrs. Clara and the Dr. Ariel are amazing at what they do. Amazing service

As a retired Veteran, I have V.A. issued hearing aids. When I first received them, I was grateful for being able to hear the sounds that had been silenced by loud noise hearing loss and frequency damage. I could hear again better than I had in a while. The opportunity came to migrate to Miracle Ear hearing aids and I wondered what the difference was. There is a great qualitative difference similar to the difference between a Flintlock and a semi auto rifle. First, the Miracle Ear hearing aids have been tailored to my specific hearing frequency loss so that I can hear better across frequencies that I had been missing. Previously every thing such as music was flat. Now I can pick up the treble tones. Second, My hearing aids can be manipulated through my cell phone increasing volume, narrowing the cone around me to hear my wife directly across the table at the restaurant as opposed to picking up everything on a 360 degree basis and drowning her out. I can manipulate the phone to hear obscure conversations across, or in the other, room. With Miracle ear I can link to my phone and hear the phone directly into my ears; same thing with the television. Third, I can turn the TV completely down at night and still listen in my hearing aids without disturbing the wife. Also, I can walk around the house and still listen to the TV. Fourth, the VA has provided some great support, but the Miracle Era hearing aids, as I mentioned above, are the difference between the VA issued version of a Flintlock and the Miracle Ears Semi Auto. Finally, get the insurance associated with the hearing aids; grandchildren, puppies, and lawn work may be an anticipated hazard - insurance works.
