Had a convertible top replaced. When the job was completed, I found an imperfection in the finished job. Allen (Auto Seat Co) quickly allayed my fears, ordered a new top, and changed the convertible top a second time, to my complete satisfaction. This is the first time I had done business with this firm. It would have been great if the top was perfect upon the first installation, but I was most impressed with how Allen and the crew stepped up, took full responsibility for my complete satisfaction and gave ne a full replacement. Will never go there again...they zip up off...they told us 1500.00 to put seats and weather stripping in and we back ...and we had weather stripping brought....went back and charge us 1500.00 more. And now we cant lock our doors and stereo dont work....and our paint is scratched....called them to tell them and the guy was cocky and hung up on us.....

After the bad reviews Ill go else wheres.

Owner needs training in customer service he was angry I showed up on snow day He was having bad morning I understand things happen but never treat customer bad . Work had 3 imperfections at 75 per hour and job took 4 hours15 min not real happy
