Very honest and friendly staff. They have been my go to mechanics since we moved here 2 yrs ago. They have been honest with me when they could have easily ripped me off. I plan on going there for all of my auto repairs and I will always refer my family and friends to them.

Im so glad my neighbor suggested Progress Avenue Service Center!I had taken my car to the dealership for an inspection and was told the the valve cover gasket needed replacement. I wanted to do the task myself, so I bought the parts, but quickly realized I was in over my head.I called the dealership, Progress Ave Service Center, and another independent mechanic to get an estimate for the service. The dealership never called back, and the other mechanic was asking too much.When I called Progress Ave Service Center picked up, I didnt have to wait on the phone and they picked up the phone right away. Paul was super nice and answered all my questions, including if they could use the parts I already purchased on my own. They said yes, and quoted me a reasonable price. I called the next day to schedule my appointment and to my surprise, Andy(the tech) actually remembered me! They were even willing to drop me off at work and work with my schedule.After the service, I checked the engine area and the engine was spotless. They removed all the gunked up oil, and the car felt great.Definitely give Paul and Andy a try if you need service. Im quite particular about the IS300, and they did a great job!

Great people, honest and trustworthy.

Been taking my cars here for the last 13 years and have never once been unhappy with the service. The prices are fair and the quality of work and service to the customer are excellent. A service station that is honest, responsible, good at what they do and cares about their clientele.

I went in for a service I had never had before and didnt know how long it woukd take or what it entailed. An emission test fir state certification.I waited patiently to speak to the mechanic and paid for the first part of the test. He lost his temper trying to explain what I needed to do in order to pass and come back. I was so jolted and left in such a hurry, I forgot my childs items under my chair and got them baxk 2 weeks later when my husband and I came back to finish the inspection. He only felt with my husband. He made time for us. Not okay with car maintaince facilities only treating you fairly when you come with your muscle.

I have taken my truck there in the past and they were miracle workers.I know have my other car currently getting serviced there. Andy in the garage is a miracle worker! Totally would recommend these guys to anyone!
