This was the best car service experience I have ever had, with a friendly team of technicians who really seemed to care about my needs as a customer. In the end, the issues I had on my car was with the noise problem which ended up being wheel bearing. Dropped my car early morning around 10:30am and I was able to pick it up after work around 3 pmAt the end of the experience, I feel like I was well taken care of, valued, and that they had my best interest in mind. I will definitely be back at Nepal Auto Shop when I need services in the future; and I highly recommend you check them out.
