Our salesman was great but management not so much. They May have paid UP for a vehicle from a friend on a trade in and will make you pay for the difference on the back end. So proceed with extreme caution when trying to buy a used vehicle with 40,000 miles because you may end up paying for somebody elses favor.

I buy my patch up paint here. Staff are dependable and courteous.There was one time I asked for a front end alignment and they told me I didnt need it. Zero charge. A surprised recipient.

I live in KY and bring my car to Jim Hayes for every service. They to an awesome job. You get a print out with all information about your car. They also work quickly.

Dont ever buy a Chevy from them. Mine luckily has been reliable but herrs the catch none of their mechanics are gm certified they were supposed to give me an oil change after I bought the car but they refused to change it after it was a Chevy on a Ford lot. Thanks guys for selling a car you cant work on.....

Dont buy a car there I just got a 2010 Nitro and the tire valve stem had to be changed and the door handle just broke on the driver side need less to say I bought a lemon and will probably have to pay to get it fixed and only had it a week not impressed
