Found a tack in my tire and needed a replacement. Went to three places that day and they were the quickest. The people were very nice and helpful, I would definitely go back.

Steve Shannon helped me diagnose and fix my car when it started vibrating over several hours of a road trip. When 10 others couldnt make time to see me, these guys did and with very good customer service and good prices. After a few hours wait, my family and I were on our way.

Already had a test done on an alternator. Called for an estimate and they refused they wouldn’t even give me an estimate without charging me to come in first. Stay away. I called 6 places and everyone gave me an estimate but them.

Theyre the best! Always on the up-and-up, no b.s. Theyll tell you straight up whats wrong with your car, and fix it fast and affordably. Ive taken my car there for the last seven years for a variety of routine repairs, tires, oil changes and tire rotations, I spections, checks and for advice. The service managers and mechanics are always courteous and helpful. Theyre expert technicians. They always call before any repair is made. The waiting room has big bins with discount tools and other items. Free coffee for customers. High-performance free Wi-Fi and cable TV. Next to restaurants and an ice cream parlor with miniature golf. Its the place to go.

Heavy load, screw in the tire, pulled in and they fixed it right away. Made it back to Michigan with no trouble.

Great service and fantastic prices.

This place just last Saturday installed my very expensive brand new 20 wheels and tires on my F150. They scratched all four wheels during careless installation. I get mistakes happen, but all four? Upon talking to the OWNER, he stated there was nothing he would do because they have a policy that says they are not responsible for damaging anything during install. If that is not the biggest joke of a policy I dont know what is. Im still hoping these guys will make this right, but Im not holding my breath. Until then I plan on telling everyone in the Harrisburg area to stay clear of these guys! They were the cheapest place, and you get what you pay for with this shop. I would rate zero stars if possible.

I called ahead and was told that I could be seen same day for my vehicle problem. Their staffs knowledge and helpfulness made the plan going forward easy. I believe after being a customer of every shop on 22 Ive finally found my shop! These guys are awesome you should swing by and see for yourself.

These guys are great and have always been respectful and trustworthy. I know little to nothing about cars so it’s always refreshing to have a place that you know isn’t going to take advantage of you and will always advise you for what’s best. When all of the big box stores failed to have the tire size I needed, this place had them in stock and had me back on the road within a half hour. The staff I spoke to were very pleasant and helpful as well. Ill likely be using them for more of my car repairs in the future.

Sean and his team are very honest and always take good care of my Jeep. They do more than tire service. They change my oil, battery when necessary, and all sorts of other maintenance. They work more quickly than what I’ve experienced elsewhere and their prices are very good. Thanks for all the great work, guys!

May 19th. 2018. First time st this facility. I liked the fact that the waiting area was big. It is a very clean facility. The staff at the counter was very professional and clean cut and very courteous. 👍. I know these places get very busy. But very impressed. I hope the owner keeps providing the best he can in continuing with the great Mondale for his employees at all these facilities.

I have been taking my car to Steve Shannon since 1975. I have not had any problems with them. They have always been fair with their prices. I refuse to take my car anywhere else. I have recommended them to my friends. Thank you to the wonderful people who work there.

I like the fact that I can call and set up a time to come in and get my car fixed. They are nice people and dont over charge for their services.

Never before in my life have I had such great service. On our way home to North Carolina and blew a tire in Harrisburg Pennsylvania. The tire size was unusual. The guys must’ve called 10 different places and absolutely refused to give up until they found the tire size I needed. They even drove an hour to go get it. Absolutely saved the day for us! Thank you and great job!

I was at tiremart at 7 am there was no parking which was frustrating so I left, I went to Steve shannon and there was way more parking it was cleaner they were opened early at 7:20 and had my car finished before I was done my coffee. Unbelievably cheap. I actually asked him if he forgot to add stuff cause it was so cheap. Super happy

They did great work. A flat repair and a oil change. Pretty slow though. Took 1.5 hours

These guys know what theyre doing. Whether its an oil change or investigating some weird noises or feels to your car, these are the guys who are there for you 110% of the time and will go out of their way to make sure your car is top condition without trying to upsell unnecessary services.

Worst tire shop Ive ever been to. People are rude and have zero customer service skills. They have zero knowledge on rotating tires on a dually pickup. The most expensive place Ive ever been to have tires rotated. And didnt even do it right the first time had to make them do it again because there techs dont know what they are doing. Will not receive anymore of my business or the from anybody I know or work with while I am here. By the way i work with about 60 people that have the same type truck I do that need rotations and oil changes it wont happen from yall.

These guys do great work, theyre fast and professional and do not try and milk you for extra labor. They offer upsales but dont pressure you when you decline. Free coffee and wifi while you wait which is a must for several hours long car repairs.

Good experience I arrived 30 mins before they closed for the day. MGR was at counter welcomed in & asked what brings me in today? I responded with I have a slow leak in my back tire.He said no problem we are happy to take a look at it for you.In 10 mins he informed me I picked up a nail in my travels. I asked can the tire be fixed? he said sure $24.95 flat repair change & we can have you done to 15 to 20 mins. I said great go ahead & fix the tire. He said Sir have a seat there is fresh coffee still available & we will have you out of here fixed & ready to drive safely soon!Well done!

These guys are great! Ive been working with Steve Shannons for years. Initially out of their Danville location. Recently the wifey got a bolt (not a nail, a bolt) in her tire. We got her car new, 6 months ago. My first thought was to take the tire here, but I had other errands to run. I stopped by Costco, the dealership and Pepboys. They all said, it on the edge of in patchable and I will need to replace it. I decided to stop by Steve Shannons, if I needed to replace it, Id rather give them my money. I rolled it in, there were 3 guys behind the counter. They looked at it and said, it looks too close to the edge to fix. They said they would have to dismount it from the hub to really know. They actually took the time to roll it back to the shop and dismount it to verify. It wasnt even 2 mins when they came back and said they can patch it. The cashier said, hes willing to sell me a new tire if I still wanted it, but would rather have a happy customer. Costed me around $25 to patch vs $200 to replace. Took them about 15 mins to patch. I was a happy customer.

In and out pretty quick and called for an appointment 5 minutes prior to my arrival. Will be returning to have my vehicles serviced.

Oil change. Had Mobile 1 full syn and oil filter already. $25. Only took a Long John Silvers Meal.

My husband went there and they where going to charge him almost 600$ for some thing that was not even the problem we went to pepboys and it was only a piece of plastic that was making the noise pepboys charged us only 20$ to take the piece of plastic out the car does not make the noise anymore thanks to pepboys

The staff is always super nice to me and helpful. You can ask them to price you before they do anything if youre on a budget.

Took my car in for inspection and they finished early and didnt bother to lmk so I could pick it up. Meanwhile Im walking around the mall killing time when I couldve been home.

I unfortunately got a bolt in my tire which led to a flat tire. I took it to multiple places including costco, my dealership, pep boys who all said it cant be patched and would need a new tire. Steve Shannon is the only place that actually took the time to take apart the tire to see if it can be patched and it could! They saved me $150!! Thank you so so much!!
