I’ve had Knight security for several months now & I’m completely happy with their services. Any time I have an issue it’s resolved quickly & the techs are thorough & have provided me with good customer service. That’s one thing that I can honestly say is a deal breaker for me if you have poor customer service I’m NOT giving you my money. I feel much safer with this company.

Installed my security system from Knights. Very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend any friends, family members or business that was considering purchasing a system. Thank you... I feel safer already!

Installed a good service called and setup appointment for service - no show in the 2 hour allowed time no call and when I called told someone else maybe there in another hour. I do not sit home all day long for someone that may show up and charge me premium hourly rate.

Signed a service/install contract with Knight in October of 2017 for 2 of our companies - they finished (in quotes because they may say they are done and not really be done like they did to us) today, JUNE 13TH 2018. Terrible at communication. Terrible at customer service. Would not recommend to any company that expects a smooth transition from one carrier to the next.

Beware of Knight Security, read all of the paperwork before you sign, make sure you understand the terms and length of the monitoring contract.

HORRENDOUS! STAY AWAY FROM THEM! RIP OFF AND THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!
