Good place, good people, good flooring. I just wish I could get my order. Ordered and paid 3 weeks ago and still cant get the flooring. Told of truck delivers, but apparently no truck or flooring. Unhappy to say the least. Apparently, its going to be at least another week before possible delivery. Waited another full week and no flooring, total of 4 full weeks. Told that a P.O. has been generated at the end of 3 weeks and flooring is on the truck. Waited another full week and no flooring. Now looking at 5 weeks possible before any flooring. This is ridiculous. I have never heard of such. The good rating is starting to go down.

Great place to go. very helpful. the new manager I think his name was Josh he helped out with figuring out everything I needed, he was a really great person and very professional. I do a lot of business with these people.

Id like to say my experience with this business has been pleasant but it HAS NOT!! I bought vinyl and carpeting for my house and had several problems with Karpet Korner. Scheduling was changed several times due to poor scheduling of installers (had to wait a month after 1st scheduled installation date), carpet was LOST in transition from the factory, and promise to remove torn out carpeting and haul away (ive waited for 3 weeks and still am). I WOULD NOT recommend this business to anyone.

Bfore u buy bware.management has been vague and given me the runaround on a refund after i cancelled the next day.then send installers out. Three weeks later anyway and not the one i requested.gonna consult atty.go elsewhere!
