Cannot say enough good things about them. We just had new carpeting and hardwood floors installed in our home and we cannot be more pleased and impressed! They were amazing to work with and did an excellent job. The new owner was very personable. They went above and beyond and were very detail oriented installing our hardwood floors. The carpets are soft and look amazing. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for incredible service and new flooring in their home.

Wonderful store the salesman are vey nice and the showroom is beautiful. The installers that were sent were great . I have had many people work in my home and they were by far the most professional very clean and courteous and their work was flawless. I had my kitchen floor done by them and the work was great. Floor was fabulous. So I thought Id try them again for replacement of my living room, dining room and bedroom carpeting. That didnt turn out so good. Had the carpeting done about 4-5 years ago with the understanding that it would last and look good at least 10 years. Carpet was supposed to be stain resistant and after telling the salesman I had cats he said the weave was tight enough to resist cat claw pulls. He was wrong on both counts. Withing a year or two a stain appeard and even a professional carpet cleaner could not get it out....stain is still there. As far as the cat claws are concerend, I have many pulls in the carpet. Ive had to cut the pulls out of the carpet so the weave looks even. So, just beware of what you buy.....be sure the stain clause is there and be very careful if you have pets with claws. I dont feel the salesman was very honest about those 2 issues....was more concerned with making the sale. I wont go back to Abbey for anything else. Carpet looks bad, several more stains have appeared and cant be removed. Looks like it needs replaced already. Will go somewhere else for the replacement.
