Thorough eye exam, and there was little upselling pressure when buying the glasses (all that was done was pointing out the options)

Mr. Whitlatch is very thorough, professional and is my favorite eye doctor. He is very experienced and I would honestly give 5 stars just for his professionalism.Unfortunately I am taking two stars away for Jessica (front end employee). I am customer since 3+ years and every single interaction with her has been less than pleasant. She is discriminative, comes off as one with self esteem issues and ostracizes for whatever reason it is. More than once she refused to give me appointments and I had to wait. This is totally wrong specially during this COVID season. We are supposed to social distance and I found more parties waiting in a small crowded space to be taken care of. And they were not wearing masks. She also made decisions for me without consulting with me, refused store pickup and did not follow up on my order twice. When I followed up, all she said was I should not be calling her. (Lol!!)Target must do an assessment on such employees and fix this behavior if you want to keep your customers.P.S:I will still continue visiting because of the doctor.

This was my second year coming to this store and I have nothing but good things to say about my experiences. Both Doctors and Jessica in the front were great! I plan on returning yearly and I most definitely recommend.

Best eye doctor experience I’ve ever had. Dr Whitlock was so kind and knowledgeable. Jess was also super nice and helped me with my insurance. Definitely recommend going here! Cheapest I have ever paid for glasses as well!

Great place to get your eyes examined! Equipment is state of the art, so youll be in and out in no time. The staff are very friendly, and Dr. Whitlock is very personable. He found issues with my eyes that Premier Eye Care Group didnt see (pun intended), after many years of going there.

Got two pairs of glasses with the full work on them last year. One of them the transition was getting tinted so I call in and ask them about it they had me come in and tod yes something is wrong on my ray ban that they had to order new lenses. About a week and a few days I received a text informing me that my lens are in.. I get there and they order the wrong lenses not for the ray ban.. now another week to wait.. Now I paid for insurance and need to use it because my Oakley needs replaced, I call them up i informed them that they are my Oakley glasses we even had a conversation about them I pay my copays and they order them.. well I received a text from them today so I go in and once again they order the wrong glasses smf. So what should take a week now its going to take two weeks. Really!!! The eye doctor is great and the staff are very friendly. But how can they make the same mistake twice with the same customer..

They are the best with my daughter. Very patient! Very good deals, especially for kids.
