Very impressed with the service we received! This was the first time weve had plumbing work done in our house and the two gentleman who replaced some valves, other misc. work did a great job and were respectful of our home. Really happy with the pricing and quick availability as well.

Recently I had a new AC installation done at my home. From the estimate (Tige) through installation (Drew and Dan) the project was carried out in a very professional manner. The mechanics made sure to clean as they worked so I had no mess to attend to when I came home. They finished as scheduled and the system is working perfectly.This not the first project I have done with Eshenaur and they will get my future business. Both installations and service have been handled timely and professionally.

We have used Eshenaur & Son for our cooling and heating needs for 12 years now. We trust them to take care of our needs. When I call for an issue they come very quickly and they do superb work. The last time we needed to have them check our central air unit, a snake had gotten into the unit and shorted out the coil and itself. So the employee fixed the issue and I commend him for going above and beyond his duty by removing the snake. He said he didn’t like snakes! They are very thorough in their repairs and explain things to you so you know what is going on. I highly recommend them.

W.C. Eshenaur & Sons is a very professional company. They deliver oil just in time before I ever run out and I never have to keep track of how much I have because I know they will deliver. The customer service is great. They called to work out a payment plan when I got a new credit card and they looked at my account and saw that I was able to skip that months payment. They were very polite everytime I have called and talked to them. Their rates are reasonable also. I will not change companies for my oil.

We have been an Eshenaur Propane costumer for many years love their service and very competitive pricing. We just used them for the first time to correct a plumbing drain problem we have been having for over ten years.Bob from their plumbing department came to our home and in a few minutes saw what the problem was and knew just what had to be done. It required rerouting some of the drain line, cutting the floor in our lower garage floor and connecting to the main line. The floor was replaced as good as new, clean up was outstanding. All in less than two days. I spent more money over the last ten yeas just having others look at the problem than what it cost me to have it fixed by Eshenaurs. Outstanding service at a fair price.

My air conditioning unit went down they showed up promptly the same day and fixed it the technician had the parts on his truck.

I changed suppliers. The gas tank was use for a fireplace was replaced and hook up. Everyone was very nice in the process. Sorry I can remember the lady I talked with. We are now receiving a better gas price.

We had all our water lines replaced from Eshenaur & Son Inc. The rep did an outstanding job. Besides every year doing the maintance on our furnace system, they always bring fuel just at the right time, we dont even have to call for a delivery. These people are great!!

We have used W.C. Eshenaur & Son, Inc. for our propane delivery for many years. One time we switched to another supplier as they had an introductory lower price at that time. The service was just not the same. We switched back and have been happy since. They provide the best customer service too - just recently we had a scare with a carbon monoxide detector going off. We thought maybe we should have all of our propane connections checked and called them. They asked some detailed questions and were able to determine that it was most likely due to a temporary malfunctioning of our carbon monoxide detector based on a power outage. That call alone made us feel better; however, the next day they went up and beyond when the called us just to check in and see if there were any more instances of the alarm going off. I was so surprised that they noted this and took the time to check back in with us. I just cant be any happier with their customer service agents & delivery drivers!

Eshenaur is who keeeps our old furnace up and running. I love that theyre local. Repairs are done on our schedule and done right. We never have any cost surprise, what they quote us is what we pay. She Admitted it to me on the phone the boss of this company should look up our call records just don’t want anybody else to experience what I did because the scheduling lady had a personal issue with my continued used of the emergency refill which is $150 on top of the regular bill( I Repeatedly stated that the fee was no issue I’d gladly pay due to my night shift schedule that work best for me to do it this way.) After having a new hot water heater replaced by our homeowners warranty company and installed by the person they sent who clearly had no idea what he was doing, we called in Eshenaurs to install it properly. Their guy was here 3 times and it still did not work. Eshenaurs service man fixed it on the first trip. Since then we have had Eshenaurs install our generator, new furnace and ac. We have used them for plumbing issues. They have always provided good, friendly service. They are now our go to company.

I live in New Cumberland, PA. Eshenaurs makes propane delivery easy! They have excellent customer service. The dont just respond to my requests, they make suggestions for options I didnt even know about. I love that I can get a bill by email and make a payment online.

3 years ago I switched from oil to gas and had Eshenaur install the boiler. I have had NOTHING but problems with it since. It leaks!!!!! I have to have a bucket under it and yesterday I went down to the basement and found that the bucket was completely full with water. I do not have a drain in the basement so will have to empty it by hand and haul it outside to dump. To say that I am unhappy with the installation and service would be an understatement. Service has been out a number of times but it still leaks. Im at my wits end regarding the problem.

We have been a customer for over 25 years, with both our oil furnace, tank, and air conditioner being installed and serviced by Eshenaurs over that time. We are on the budget plan and our deliveries are always on time. Our annual service work is also always well done. My only complaint is with their billing department. Since were on the budget plan we pay a set amount per month for our fuel oil. I keep track of our deliveries and their cost and usually around February or March Ill figure out what our total will be for the season (August - July). If I find that the budget plan will be off a bit, then Ill adjust my monthly payment accordingly so that I dont end up with a large final payment or credit in June or July. This year their billing department didnt credit me correctly so I had to call and straighten this out. This is not the first time that I had to do this, and if I look online at my account transactions, its still not listed correctly for this current year. To their credit, they have always ended up fixing their mistake but I just wonder how many errors on other customers bills they may make that end up not being discovered. But other than that, I am never left in the cold which is honestly the most important thing when looking at an energy delivery company.

I had told them to take away my propane tank since I dont use much anymore. I asked them to call me when they were coming. Of course, they DID NOT. They left mud all over the driveway and my brick patio and it wasnt from my property. Not only did they not cleanup after themselves they never put anything back that they moved. I really dont appreciate workmen that dont leave the place the way it was. On the whole this is par for the course for this company. I havent been with them long and probably wont be their customer much longer. Communication is terrible with this outfit. They really dont appreciate their customers. Look elsewhere for real service with heating and cooling products.

I ordered a repeat oil delivery and was told I now had to repipe my entire oil tank piping because it is copper pipe. I built this house in 1977 and never had a problem. This is what my builder put in. Beware of this company.

Send out incorrect invoices and then have no weekend employees to answer the phone even though they will leave you on hold for 10 minutes to figure that out.

I would strongly advise not using this company for any service needs. We had an issue with our expansion tank. Tech showed up and replaced a 12 psi tank with a 40 psi tank and did not set the pressure of the 40 psi tank to 12 psi like he should have. He also left without bleeding the air he introduced into the line.Second technician comes out to bleed the line. Tells me a valve needs replaced. Discovers the valve he has in his truck is faulty as well so he calls the other tech on duty to bring one. Other tech didnt have one (unknown to me) so the tech just installs the valve he knew was faulty. Furthermore, he installed the valve incorrectly so it was bleeding water at the joint. Did he take the time to fix this?....of course not. He simply placed 3 rags over the electrical box underneath the valve and walked away.The next day other techs came out and told me that now the problem was a pipe was cracked in the floor and so I needed all new pipes run throughout my entire house.Today I have another company come out to give a 2nd opinion. The tech from the other company immediately discovered the incorrect tank and the shoddy work done installing the valve. He also stated there was absolutely no way they should make the claim a pipe was broken unless there is clear evidence of water or they ran a camera down the pipe to see the crack. Neither of those were done.I am beyond done with this company. Im waiting for them to come out and install the valve correctly and then Im done with them, unless clear evidence arises that they caused damage to my heating system. Then they will be hearing from my lawyer who is aware of the situation.

Could not be more pleased with Eshenaurs. When we needed a new furnace and air conditioner last year, we got an estimate from another well-known Harrisburg HVAC supplier. They gave us eight options from least efficient / least cost to most efficient and expensive. We were ready to go with the most expensive option until Dave from Eshenaurs gave us a more thoughtful estimate, explaining that some of the more expensive options actually wouldnt work well in our home. We saved about $5,000, and are so happy with the new system!

Been with Eshenours for 24 YEARS. Paid on time and never had any issues. We also upgraded our propane furnace/AC unit with Eshenours a few years ago. Recently, they attempted to double bill us for temporarily moving their tank to have our new shed put in place and then return it to permanent position. We were not expecting 2 separate charges. I called Vince and talked with him about the double charge and understood it would be waived. A few weeks later, I had to call again because we got another bill now with interests charges on it. Left a message for Vince to call back. No call back yet. This morning, January 6, we woke up to a 64 degree home and ZERO fuel in our tank. You tell me what rating they deserve!!!UPDATE: Because Vince and the guys at Eshenours fell on the sword and made this right, we will give them a second chance. Everyone deserves another chance, God has given me plenty of second chances. Thank you for doing the right thing, Eshenours. We have decided to stay with your company and raise the rating that you earned prior to this issue. All the best in the new year!

I am from Middletown have used W.C. Eshenaur & Son 3 or 4 times. They have great customer service and their service men are very prompt and knowledgeable.

Our heater stopped working. We called Eschenaurs at 8:30 this morning. The technician, Jeff Myers, was here by 9:30, and our heat was back on by 10:30. One of our friends recommended this company to us, and now were happy to recommend them to others. Mr. Myers was courteous, professional, and answered all my questions in a laypersons terms. This is NOT a company that you wish to deal with. Save your money. I have had an extended service contract (to cover domestic hot water) but they still charge for parts and labor. I have had 3 relief valves replaced within three months...the ;last service call took them three weeks to respond. For one hour of the techs labor, they charged me $226.00 and the relief valve and labor for replacement are not covered under the service contract. What is?Poor workmanship, overpriced and not worth it, not even for one star.

Eshenaurs wont be getting my money ever again, or anyone else that we know. I will make sure of that.

Had dealt with them in the past. My husbands work took him out of town one cold weekend and I ran out of oil. My husband deals with that, not me so I was stuck to call for oil. An older gentleman came out and in no uncertain terms let me know how unhappy he was that I pulled him away from a movie he was watching and gave me the business. I was leery being alone in the basement with him and after he left felt demeaning.
