If you have a problem, don’t expect much help out of them. Especially from the assistant general manager deangelo. My first experience with them was horrible and many things were out of my control. I understand a 10 day inspection however if the people you all refer us to are constantly canceling shipment and the car is ten hours away there’s no other way but to wait it out. He was very condescending, matter of fact, and dismissive. He also said “I’m going to talk to you how I talk to my wife” eh….hope She won’t deal with that treatment long. God bless and although I’m probably one of millions, I won’t be back!

Junk Cars!!! I worked at Manheim. They sell the worse cars and they have no morals. Dont waste your time and money.

This is a great truck stop. Not many left that cater to trucks like this. Cherryrun Express .

This auction use to be a reputable auction, but unfortunately over the last few years it has gone down hill. They typically screw over buyers and cater to the sellers. Most cars are junk and doctored up just to make it through the sale. There are a few nice cars as well but those are far and few between. Buyer fees have went up and dealer services, arbitration and customer care is not even half of what it use to be. Seems they are struggling so hard to stay afloat that they no longer care about screwing people over. In it for the huge buyer and seller fees. Could care less about people. Really hate that this is what its come to I will no longer attend this establishment.

Just picked up some cars

You guys are always super nice to my husband when he calls to get info on cars weve bought. You always go out of your way to get keys that are missing out of cars we need. Other Manheims should take notes from this location.
