The best AT&T store around! Super friendly and helpful staff. I made the switch from another provider and couldnt be happier! Robin and especially Megan were the best cell phone reps Ive ever seen. Megan went WELL ABOVER AND BEYOND to help me on three occasions to get all set up, and even stayed an hour after close to ensure I got my new phone all set up. Great customer service, amazing staff, and all around excellent experiences every time.
Robyn with a Y made this adventure such a great experience!!!! Took time with us and explained options....We got what we needed and gained a new appreciation from our experience today.
I’m currently thru-hiking the 2193-mile Appalachian Trail. I got caught in a gnarly storm. I survived, my phone did not. I NEED my phone to communicate, take pictures, journal, and most importantly, for navigation on the trail. I got a shuttle from the trail to town to the AT&T store in Harrisonburg. I arrived just before they were closing. The employees were amazing and helpful and went above and beyond to assist me in getting a new phone and transferring all my apps, photos, Trail journals to my new device. Big shout out to Bobby. Seriously. He saved me. I literally had my entire 4 months of memories and the better half of a book I’m writing on that phone. Great customer service. Thanks you guys!!!
Beth was a great customer service provider. She helped solve my tablet problem quickly and thoroughly. I recommend her highly if you are at the Harrisonburg store.
I needed to transfer to my phone line to AT&T FirstNet. Austin helped me through the process and he was outstanding! Austin is incredibly patient and he is very hard-working and committed to his customers, willing to ‘go that extra mile‘. Highly recommend.
Bobby the store manager was quick to help me as soon as I walked in. He was a very nice guy and had no problems answering any questions I threw at him. Great manager!! If I have any questions or concerns I know I can rely on him!! GREAT JOB!!
We needed help to get our new phones set up and Austin helped us above and beyond the call of duty. He was very patient and helpful. A job well done!
I called ATT today to find out why I can’t get unlimited data, like other folks, when I’ve been a 20 year, pay my bill EVERY month customer. I was told by their rep “Michael” that if I didn’t like it I was welcome to go ahead. I told Michael I would be happy to tell ATT about his advice to go ahead. Also, Michael was difficult to understand at times. There was a mumbling. There were times he was clear, but when he had a lot to get out he mumbled. When I told him I couldn’t understand him, when he mumbled, he got very clear and said he wasn’t mumbling and that it was the ATT equipment. Hmmm.
Austin was very helpful when I came in to purchase phone accessories. He was able to answer all my questions, and I was was in and out quickly with exactly what I needed to buy.
Justed some sort of tool to open my z fold3 because fingernails were too long
Austin was great and excellent customer service. I was very pleased with his detailed information about my new AT&T account!
When into att today was waited on with Austin Bayne. I received the best service a customer can ask for.
Traveling on a 3 month rv trip, when we drop our iPhone and cracked the protective cover. Visited this store where Robert Hofacker worked with us to solve the problem. He inspected the damage and assured us, no damage to phone screen, only the protective screen cover which he replaced. The one he recommended had much better viewing then previous one. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and a pleasure to work with. He is an absolute asset to Att. Store was clean and organized. We were greeted promptly with a wait time of minutes.
Ok how do I start this. First this is the second time I have been in this store. The same lady that couldn’t help me last time was in there. Ok, i walked into the store. All the employees looked at me.but didn’t say welcome to AT&T or it will be a min or what ever. we all know how it goes when you have good customer service. I promise you this place doesn’t. All I need to do is turn my old phone in. I looked on google maps to see if there’s another store close. But it’s over 40 miles away or I would have drove there. So if there’s anyway to do business with AT&T do it before you get to this store.
Basically no one working on there but 1 poor guy trying to do this best. There was a long wait I had to leave because it was taking so long...
The employees were super kind and the store was really clean 💯
Austin gave exceptional customer service...THANK YOU, Austin!! Wonderful experience!
Austin was amazing at his work and got me in and out quick.
1st visit I waited about 20 minutes. Finally rep came and went over plans but rep didnt have the iPhone SX that was a special on the pre-day plan. Said he would try to locate them and call me. Waited a few days, but never heard back. Went back in store and waited another 20 minutes. Store was not very busy. None of the reps even acknowledged me. Left. Got phones and cell plan elsewhere. Very poor customer service.
Austin at the store did an amazing job! When there was a bunch of hiccups getting my plan switched to firstnet he remained patient and worked with IT to get everything sorted out.Sidenote: the store needs customer satisfaction surveys
I had a great experience with Aivin. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely recommend this store to my family and friends.
Beth saved me money on my plan when I switched from verizon. She was awesome!
They don’t know how to handle business accounts and they say that my account have issues. I went to another store on same day and they quickly completed my process. They are truly not a good people to go to make ur things happen
We just walked out of AT&T saying it was by far our best experience weve ever had with a cell phone company, thanks to Kyle Mays!!! And we didnt even make any purchases, just talked through all our options as we contemplate mobile phone providers during our upcoming move overseas. He was so patient and helpful with all our questions and made sure we were informed about the best options for us.Thanks Kyle, were glad to have been AT&T customers durimg this time!
Not many staff..so depending on who might be in front of you..there could be a wait...and wait...and..wait. Sales staff is totally capable..just not enuf of them..
Highly recommend this location! I was having issues with my phone & they quickly diagnosed the problem and set me up with a new one.
Despite looking like it, this is not an actual official AT&T store, just an authorized retailer. That means they arent able to do a lot of the things that typical AT&T stores can do. It was a bit frustrating to go there, find out they cant do stuff AT&T told me by phone that an AT&T store could do. I ended up having to do what I needed to do by phone, internet, and mail, which took a lot more effort and time... why bother having a store?!?
I visited the store around 7:00PM and it’s was closing soon. The staff helped me switch carrier and start a new account with ATT. I was done with all that in about 15 minutes. Very satisfied experience.
Chris was so helpful and nice. Helped rectify my phone issues, plus sold me my phone recently and made sure that I got absolutely everything possible on the promotion from LG, and the AT&T offers available. Very nice and personable. Also super knowledgeable and willing to do everything he can to help you. Great experience with a great guy!!! Highly recommended!!!
I visited this store yesterday and was pleased they had the phone I wanted in stock. The customer service rep, Angel was so kind, helpful and well versed in the products and services they had to offer. My time with him was seamless, organized and peaceful. The store was clean and open, which was also a positive! I was greeted immediately upon walking in and Angel even walked me to the door after our transactions were complete. He was a true gentleman and professional. I absolutely recommend him as your sales representative to assist with your needs.
Employees should be trained better about services and also on how to provide costumer service. Very rude staff. Please train your staff on how to provide appropriate customer service.
Derrick did a great job switching out my old phone and getting my new phone up and running.
We ordered our phones online 1 week ago. We received our first bill on MyAT&T to which is was almost $50 higher than it should have been. When my husband picked up our phones, the representative somehow made our phones have 2 separate plans, even when they were the same plan. (Customer Service said it was the rep, but I’m sure it was just a system operating error). It was supposed to be 2 phones under 1 same plan. I’m not sure how the mixup happened as I work for a mobile carrier store, and know how these processes work. The unusual mixup resulted in me talking to customer service for 30 minutes to get the bill adjusted as well as fix the service plans. Not happy I had to speak to customer service at all because of the mishap, but overall we’re happy with our service, cost, and phones. I’m giving 4 stars because we’re overall happy with AT&T, other than having to speak to CS to fix the mishap. I truly do not believe it was the sales representative who caused it, rather than just a system error. It happens a lot. Good job AT&T 👍 **(Hope y’all get praised for good reviews like my store does)**
The staff is very friendly and very helpfully had absolutely no problems what so ever thank y’all for the help
Went in to switch from a different carrier and get the deal advertised on the AT&T website. They stated that they didn’t have that deal anymore even though their corporate website still had it. I do not recommend this store at all, salespeople do not listen to customers either when explaining what they want to do, like switch carriers. Definite lack of customer service and corporate coherency.
Last summer I was out on the Shenandoah River and falling in love. My most adored Moto phone was in a dry bag. Or so I thought. At a curve in the river the fast flowing water got the best of my and my kayak and in we went, head over heels. When I pulled out the dry bag my phone was dead, just like this short-lived romance was soon to be. Impatient creature that I am I headed to the AT&T store to get a new phone, which was just one more misadventure in the colorful Virginia summer. The woman who helped me seemed less than interested in answering my questions about what kind of phone to get (granted, I dont know much about buying phones and probably my questions were unusual) or offering anything close to advice or insight. She navigated me toward some models, gave half hearted suggestions, and I left the store with an overpriced Samsung Ive loathed ever since. The moral of the story: 1) get a dry box, and 2) wait the extra days and order the phone you know you like. As for me and my soon to be broken heart, well, who can ever regret love, even when fleeting?
Our family experience at AT&T was truly amazing. Our retail sales consultant, Alex was not only very patient and helpful, he was a professional at his field. We as a family HIGHLY recommend him as your Retail Sales consultant because you will be pleased by how well he can do his job.
Been in store for 5 min now, never greeted, never told anyone would be with me even though employees were sitting without anyone at their table. Made several laps around store. Past at least 3-4 staff, and decided to just leave as clearly i wasn’t getting any customer service. Worst store I’ve ever been in. Lucky to get 1 Star. Also stopped and stood 3 feet to the right of one male employee. Hopefully management gets these and can teach them what customer service is.
Staff is always friendly and helpful. Love my phone service, best I ever had.
Customer service was great, but others were served first who came in after us. Not the staffs fault, but there should be a way for them to know who comes in when. Just dont ask me how.
Great store
Only negative comment I have is that my choice color of phone wasn’t in stock. Kyle was very helpful in assisting me with my questions.
Great staff very eager to help
I recently switched service to AT&T, and I could not have asked for a better in store experience. My rep (Aivin) was very patient and answered all of my questions professionally. The switch from Verizon was smooth, and the total monthly charges at AT&T were very well explained. Most folks that I know are Verizon customers and would rather plan their funeral than deal with the Verizon store. I was pleasantly surprised that visiting a cell phone store could actually be an enjoyable experience. During my experience with this store, I also found their hours to be quite convenient.
Went in to get new phones, prepaid, n after 2 hours the salesperson was not able to activate. We left without new phones n will not return.
I had 2 very different experiences in this store: Not finding it at Costco I tried AT&T to get an I-Phone 7+. I lucked out as they had 1 left.I was happy with my purchase experience: finding the phone, helpfulness of the rep, quality of the phone. However my follow-up experience when I brought in my old phone for trade-in as agreed in the contract was really, really poor. What should have been an efficient and easy process (5 minutes tops: looking up my account, erasing the phone, turning over my old phone, signing the form) was marred by lack of training of personnel qualified to handle the trade-in and, frankly, an apparent total lack of interest. It is clear that the staff is geared to sales, I get it, but I have been a client with AT&T for a long time and was dismayed that there were, by my count 3 people behind the counter (and 5 on the floor) and I was supposed to wait for what? I made a fuss about the lack of efficiency of the operation and a young woman was brought out to help me. She, however, needed to be helped by one of the people behind the counter so why could that person not have helped me in the first place and saved a lot of time? Why cant some of the personnel on the floor like the very nice greeter-person be trained to handle these simple tasks - I mean who wants to be just a greeter-person? A little more cross-training and flexibility would be a good thing – a sale can take the better part of an hour - a trade-in just a few minutes. I tried to fill out the online review that AT&T provided and at that point gave the store 3 stars. However, my review did not go through so the link was useless which considering that this is a telecommunications company is perhaps a sign of incompetence.
Cant fix their own products, but their happy to sell you a new one.
I understand that they are to upsale as sales people, but I hate being lied to. Information is available and easily gathered and proven. To say that you, as an AT&T employee do not get discounts is an outright lie. This basically cost this store a customer. Employees of AT&T get a 50% discount on plans and phone accessories.
Very knowledgeable staff, they really know their stuff.
We stopped in to the AT&T store to inquire about changing phone carriers. The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you so much for taking the time to explain everything to us in detail.
If people knew how professional the employees are it remarkable. I thought customer service was a thing in the past, but not in Harrisonburg Va. Ordered a new Galaxy S9 last evening. Its crazy good how easy they make it. Then today I went to pick up my new phone at the store in and out in 16 minutes. The entire process took about 45 mins. Great job AT&T.
Wouldn’t offer to help me! Heather was very rude. Reused to even look my account up or talk to an AT&T representative that I had on my phone. I would not recommend this store at all. Worse customer service I have ever experienced. Heather shouldn’t have a job with her foul mouth
HEATHER!!! The Best most knowledgeable down-to-earth friendly and customer service oriented employee that I have encountered in a long time. If I ever have to go back there I will definitely request to speak to her she is rockin awesome!!!!
BEWARE!!Be sure you have your offer in writing including discounts because you will get incorrect information and then they will forget the conversationI retired in April and had a company phone for many years so I was shopping a phone and told them I was on a fixed income and needed to stay in budget. I found a phone and then they presented Direct TV and a deal that would keep me in budget. I was told if I got the 3 gig data plan that was recommended I would get a special price on Direct Tv AND a $25.00 a month discount on top. I decided to think about it and did some research. I returned to the store to verify the costs with the assistant sales manager. He confirmed what I had been told.I returned to the store a third time and again was told the same thingI signed up for the 3 gig plan and purchased a phone. Then I signed up for a 2 yr plan on Direct TV and cancelled my cable. I was told it would be 3 months before the $25 credit would show on my bill. Here we are at 3 months and no credit. So I went back to the store and was told an employee under this sales manager put me on the wrong plan. It was the plan the manager recommended . When confronted he claimed to not remember our 3 conversations. I am now locked into plans that I can not afford on my retirementSo do not believe what you are toldI found out his solution to the cost of cell would void my deal for Direct Tv and put me deeper in the hole. I am very disappointed that the store will not stand by what they saidI
I had a terrible customer experience at this local AT&T store. Employee Sid swore frequently. Employee Sid also brand bashed Verizon most of my stay in the store. I believe AT&T is a wonderful company, but if they employ employees; such as, Sid then I will take my business elsewhere.
Employees great? Phone operators sick n bunch LIERS at&t youre NOTHING
The service here is ridiculous... I cant and with that store manager.. dont get me started. Hes the type of guy that will get mad at the customer that doesnt understand something. Terrible service. Which is why I changed to Sprint
Long wait time due to lack of help doesnt serve customers who only need to purchase a USB cord.
They were very helpful and well staffed.
The service was excellent...Id lost my phone and the customer service agent asked me several questions about how Id attempted to find it, whether I used find my phone, and others to help me. I now know that I should have signed my phone up for iCloud to locate my phone. She informed me that if I purchased an upgraded phone I would get a discount. Thanks for the service...
Customer Service is nonexistent at AT&T now I see why I have Verizon.I went into AT&T to see about getting a mobile hotspot for my home because my current internet provider currently isnt available at my new dwelling. When i walked in I was greeted by Angel well let me tell you he was no angel. I told him I was possibly interested in getting a hotspot and his tone immediately went sour like why would you want to do a thing like that Then when I informed him of the information that I had looked up online he stated that it was invalid and then informed me that even if I was telling the truth about this so called information then I would have just done it online in the first place.Wow I was floored I have never experienced customer service like that with Verizon. Thank you AT&T for showing me your true colors!!
One of the better company stores Ive been too.
Best in town. Super helpful and respectful.
Good experience. Happy with the service.
Great service! Very knowledgeable staff.
I entered the store no one greeted me very unprofessional from the start been in the stir for 10 min now 3 salesmen ignored me as they walked back n fourth to the back room also no acknowledgement of any customers entering the store. As I was leaving I was ask what I needed help with, then h
I was subscriber of the Direct TV, as soon as Att acquired the Direct TV it began increasing prices for existing subscribers, usual game Att has been playing for decades. It has been a year I left and every month a get offers to go back. Poor rude service, never going back.
This is an freaking awful store. They accept jac card as an id since a year ago. But when I went there today, they just simply kicked me out for not having passport or driver liscence. So I asked them why they accepted jac card before and that freaking staff didnt explain why!
Very poor service especially customer service skills webt in today to get service and was not even greeted like i usually am there were two associates and a bunch of customers that were waiting the are not trained very well some are not knowlegable
Great place to start with a new phone

Great service once again.
Helpful. Got my phone working
TERRIBLE.. WORST CASE SCENARIO OF NON CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY LIFE! THE STAFF WERE APATHETIC AT MOST.NEVER WILL GO THERE AGAIN..
Guy that helped me was not very helpful
Sales people are complete dbags. rude, they all need retrained.
They stayed after hours to finish my purchase
Bought iphone x here and it crashed the next day. call but no one listen
Most unhelpful and pushy salesmen ever. Stay away. You are just a number for these people they do NOT care about you as a customer.
The worst customer service ever. It doesnt deserve even ONE star. Rude, pushy and dishonest store manager. Advice - avoid by any means possible.
Very good.
Very helpful staff
Very helpful..
Informative.
Supper friendly staff
Very helpful
Always there
Quick
Great service
I am a customer of AT & T Mexico and although the comparisons should not be made, I state that there is a big difference between a customer service center in the United States and that I visited (specifically in Harrisonburg Virginia) and the customer service center closest to me. domicile in Mexico, which is Queretaro Avenue Circunvalación. In both centers the executive engineers have access to the technology to be able to give the client adequate attention, the most marked difference is that a more personal treatment is felt in the United States for the reason that they use a tablet to be able to make all the necessary consultations, and in Mexico there is that felt barrier (personal feeling) ... the moment in which they use a desktop PC between the client and the executive.
I need to find a group that wants to sue. To this company. Since I changed with them I am receiving inappropriate messages and calls from scammers who have already stolen 403 dallars from me and they have not been responsible for the hell and with what right they share our information
Excellent servicesAnd the prices are expensiveMy advice to the owners, review the prices and lower themYour competitor has very competitive pricesT-Mobile offers compete against you
