Unfortunately, I too had a bad experience dealing with this store in particularly. At one time the Napa store was filled with educated and professional people who worked there. Now the store is filled with boys who do not know what they are doing. Some people are not meant to work with the public. Napa should consider finding better replacements starting with the manager.

A couple days ago, I went inside the store and there were 4-6 men in the front NOT wearing masks. Not only that, but they were acting unprofessional, being on their phones and cursing. How are customers supposed to protect their self’s trying to shop at NAPA if the employees don’t wear masks while being on the clock. I will be contacting NAPA cooperation.

I stood there waiting for one the of men to call me and they hesitate like they didn’t want to take care of me when I was the only one there. The employees were so worried about being on their phones and having a conversation with each other. If you don’t like your job and want to act lazy not helping customers then just quit.

Parts are very cheap in quality! Pay the extra money somewhere else, its worth it. Quality should be #1

The prices here are outrageous compared to competition. Quality are one of the perks to this company tho undeniable. The customer service was alright as well. The layout on the store was pretty easy to navigate through and kept clean. Power and hand tools are available at this location. Car cosmetics and detailing products also were stock and ready to go. The parking is a huge shared lot in the plaza in which it is located. No public restrooms.

There were five people and only one working. 7 customers in line. If I was asked I would put a lot of self checkout and just leave one person it would make everybody’s life a lot easier and the process quicker.

Good service, didnt have to wait being I was on a lunch break.

Parts person was very professional and understand what I was looking for didnt have to break it down for him to understand. Advance Auto had someone who thought I was talking a different language when I asked for the part.

They were very helpful to me and theyre close by my other house so its basically a walk across the street from me and the prices are fair too! Oh yeah they have a great selection and ALWAYS have some type of sale or deals going on!
