My parents went to go see a vehicle that they were very interested in and they were very mistreated. The owner racially profiled my parents and didnt treat them with respect or anything. Just because she didnt have a state ID which shouldnt be a problem if she got pre approved through her bank with that exact same ID.

Went for emissions testing, 1st time going to this business, I was very impressed with the professionalism of all the employees there. I was able to take care of emissions and pay for registration at the same time. I do plan on taking my vehicle back for service if and when its needed.

I was a first time buyer of a vehicle here. Office staff was friendly and made the experience very positive. They allowed me to feel like I had some control during the process, which was great. The paperwork was straight forward, but they walked me through what everything meant and coordinated in advance what they needed to be done in one visit. Highly recommend! They also sent a handwritten thank you letter and free oil change :)

Cannot say enough about Matt, Mary jo and the staff at MJ Auto. They all go above and beyond with there service, A few months ago on my way home I had a tire going down, it was 4:00 pm and needed assistance. I pulled in to MJs and within a few minutes Mary Jo had Robert, one of their Technicians, take a look at it. He aired up the tire, checked for leaks and I was on my way. NO Charge! A few months later, its Friday at 4:30 and I think I have a brake caliper that is locked up. I pull in to MJs, Mary jo has Robert take a look at it, and the wheel is locked up. Robert said he would stay and replace the caliper. They got the part and I was on my way home by 5:30, when they close. That is Customer Service!

They are extremely friendly and helpful. Added bonuses: their shop dog is beautiful!

Although I did not buy from MaryJo, I can recommend her and her dealership without question! She personally took the car for a drive, had it assessed, and explained all the details about the car (even minor flaws) so I could make an informed decision. Make sure to do your homework and not believe what he tells you. Lied about the model of the vehicle. Also when I showed up the car had 11k more miles on it than you had it posted. Wouldn’t trust anything he says. Take your money somewhere else.

Was by far our best experience buying a used car ever!! Matt is NOT your typical car sales person, he is infinitely better!! We came with a specific vehicle we were looking at, he allowed us space to explore the vehicle to start, never hovering! When we began asking questions he then became well engaged, providing nothing but honesty and facts, we never felt rushed or like he was trying to sell it. The vehicle was priced very fair! In addition, the facility is very clean, they are well organized, and all staff we came in contact with were extremely professional!

Matt runs a very honest and clean business. I took my truck in thinking it needed over 2k worth of repairs and after the mechanic looked it over found it did not need these expensive repairs. He did find another issue that I had no idea it needed but after he showed me the old part Im sure glad it was taken care of. I use M&J Auto for my regular oil changes as well as unscheduled maintenance. I have always been met with honesty and professionalism from the staff as soon as I walk through the door. The location itself looks like something from HGTV and even has toys to occupy my 2 year old if I need to bring her along. This is not your typical used car lot/repair shop. Matt and his staff obviously take a lot of pride in their service and it will keep me coming back and recommending them to family and friends.

Matt had a few things posted online for sale. I called him and talked to him about picking them up the next morning. I told him I could pick them up right away, but the next day would be better. He said hed hold the items for me. I messaged him in the morning and he said he sold them already. I would not trust him, very dishonest and does not keep his word!

Vehicles I was interested in were a overpriced (about 25% above other vehicles of the same year/trim/similar mileage in the area). The owner was a bit rude and completely unwilling to negotiate on price at all, even after I asked about a package deal for multiple vehicles.

Have nothing but good things to say matt and Mary Joe were great to work really polite no high pressure sales pitch just honest up to date facts highly reccomend checking them out bought many vehicles from many places will be definitely coming back thanks much greatly appreciated working with M&J Auto sales.
