Clean great service following guidelines very respectful

To be a Barista is a skill. At this location its a hit or miss on how your beverage comes out. The making of a beverage dictates its outcome. Depending on who the barista is that day. One day I come in ask a question I receive an educationAnother day I state I didnt want my hot mocha latte not to be too sweet. The barista asks me how many pumps I want in my latte... I was puzzled since I dont know the mixology of how they make it and I wouldnt know. However, everytime I go there all the staff are respectful, friendly and courteous. And most importantly the bathroom is spotless and odor free. I visit about 3 or 4 times a week.

3 stars because there hours are not great to the people that drink coffee at later times. It would also been a great service if one of the guys that answer the phone did not be so rude and hang up when ask a simple question. All and all it would seem this is the only starbucks nearby.Update: this location does not have consistent hours . They need to make another starbucks that beneficial until 8pm

The customer service at this Starbucks location was exceptional. Olivia, Josh, Taylor and Promise had positive attitudes and created a long-lasting impression on me and my sister. The drinks we bought were delicious and I will frequent more Starbucks locations to have such tasty drinks!

The staff of the Hartford Hospital Starbucks is truly outstanding. Im greeted personally and warmly every visit and my pour over decaf venti is always expertly prepared and simply delicious. This is a really classy operation, month after month.Kudos to the staff!!

Always get a great cup of whatever you order. Consistently great service. No comparison to the other place, where its time to make the donuts, and some coffee-ish like beverage they serve proudly. Love knowing that, its never a waste of money. Starbucks is holding to the true coffee lovers experience. Keep up the good work.

The staff are always incredibly nice and apologetic for the length of time it takes to receive your order. Unfortunately, the amount of traffic this Starbucks receives slows down a simple coffee to anywhere from 10-20 min. There have been several instances where Ive waited 20+ minutes, via mobile order, and had to leave without it.

Its Starbucks. Theyre fantastic. I never drink coffee but their teas and creme frappes are oh the hook! Their food selection is pretty good, and if you have a sweet tooth you cant go wrong. Service here usually is quick, although there can be long lines at times. Get around tat by using their mobile app to order ahead so you can just pick up your order when you arrive!

This is the slowest place ever, they don’t keep track of people’s orders, you literally would get faster service from a snail they need to learn how to move and get things done in a timely manner

It is a Starbucks. You know what youre getting when you get there. I only had them mix up my drink once with another person. I dont blame them as it is a busy location since it is by the hospital.

Good place to hang around. Coffee nothing close to an Italian bar Specially the froth on cappuccinos so so. Prices pretty high.

Honestly I didnt like the sandwich or the lemon cake. The mango dragon fruit juice was amazing. The order took forever. Great service though.

Ordered coffee at this location...... went to fill with cream.....found creamer was empty.....approached cashier to ask for more.....was rudely told by cashier “ THAT IS NOT MY JOB “...... after a very uncomfortable exchange, she finally went a refilled it.I am struggling to figure out why we were treated like this. Unfortunate Poor service, good coffee.

Weve been here Last week since its my week off we decided to my family to have some coffee outside and we chose Starbucks. Their staffs were good and also the manager always checked the costumers if they were good or satisfied to the coffee they order.Thanks.

Great coffee just as described!! Theres no comparison to any others. The coffee is strong when u order it strong, the coffee is medium if youd rather it medium unless you would rather a light taste its all up to you. If you ask for it, youll get it!! Not everybody runs on Dunkin, lol me myself i run on 🌟bucks 😜 They have too many options you will let the person behind you go ahead because you just want to try each and every item. Be courageous step out of your comfort zone and try something different... You are sure to like it!!

The one in Hartford hospital sucks for the simple fact that there manager/supervisor is very disrespectful and very rude so no stars

Upon opening at 5 am, the workers there are extremely friendly, Cherelle is a great barista who always greets her customers with a smile and hello, she always makes sure her customers are satisfied with their drink and/or food item, Kevin is also a great team member who always has a great smile and is always ready to serve you with the best customer service. These two members are great examples of service excellence and they go above and beyond for the satisfaction of their customer. It is definitely a pleasure to have them working there. Keep up the great work!!
