It makes me sad when you pay a lot of money for quality countertops and they are installed badly. One of the seams is very unlevel to the point that it catches food when you wipe across it. It took them two weeks to come out and look at it after it was installed. I was told I’d have to live with it. That it would look worse after they fixed it. I would not recommend them.

Had counter installed about 4 to 5 months ago. Was not happy with the seam in the counter. Took 2 months for them to call me. Then they tell me the seam is acceptable. I dont think so.

Very professional. Delivered as promised. Countertops are beautiful. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend them again.

APL has been very responsive throughout the dozen projects we have worked together on. Todd, Todd and Billy always deliver on what they say and truly go above to deliver a high quality product. They have been very reliable and do a great job with scheduling. I would highly recommend APL for counter top needs.

We used APL to upgrade our counter tops to granite. They were very professional, respectful, and clean. When they worked on our projected they took time and were courteous of our kitchen. They left things in great shape and always cleaned up after the job was done. I would recommend them for all your counter top needs!

Terrible customer service. We had counter tops installed back in April. There was a flaw on our island counter top. We contacted Todd Smith the same day it was installed. We contacted him every week for 6 weeks. He claimed through emails for 6 weeks that they were looking for a new slab for us. He claimed they were all the same. Then he just stopped responding at all. We copied the company president on the last 2 emails, he doesnt respond either. Very disappointed in this company. We try to buy local whenever possible and have been very happy. Extremely disappointed in this company. We remodeled our kitchen and the counter tops were the final step in our remodel. To say we are disappointed that we have to cover up a blotch in our new counter top because this company will not stand behind their product in an understatement!!!

Such horrible customer service. Todd Smith came out to measure and promised to send a design of my kitchen. I called and he said he will the next day, but he never did. I called before they closed and Todd Speath took my number, he said hell call me back. Never did. If they didnt want to work with me, just say so. I had my trust in them from the start. They will ignore you if they dont want to work with you. This delayed my project, and I had to go with someone else who cared more about their customers and the work they do. I do not recommend this company.
