I was greeted by two friendly workers. They went above and beyond in helping me in my selection of frames. I chose two frames and one worker said I would receive a text when they are completed. She said it should take about an hour. 28 minutes later I received a text that both pairs were ready. Wow. Talk about fast and friendly service. Both pairs have perfectly crafted lenses. Total price… less than $39 dollars total. Can it get any better??? Nope.

My experience with Eye Mart has always been great!! They have the sweetest and most genuine staff. My 1 year old daughter came in with me & of course, at that age, kids are very energetic. While I was selecting my glasses, the staff kept her entertained, played and talked with her & even gifted her with candy and a bracelet. When it was time to leave, my daughter told ‘ME’ bye lol. Great environment and great staff! ❤️

My daughter is such an introvert and usually is so reserved. We met the nicest lady that had her warming right up to her after a couple minutes. The customer service, the products, the prices, and the atmosphere was 100 percent. It took less than 45 minutes to get both pair of her new glasses and we left with a smile. Highly recommend! Not to mention the year long warranty on frames, every parent has to smile about that!

I went in to do price comparison, I have been wearing glasses since I was 14, so I think I know a little about lenses and the changes. I do have to agree she was very helpful but what I didn’t like was that when she went to see how much my out of pocket cost would be she went to the register, lens crafters does that in front of me so I know exactly how much everything costs.. she didn’t even break down the prices and what my insurance pays. That is not okay with me. I went somewhere else, that to me is sneaky.

She took the time to help answer our questions and share information from experience she has encountered through other customers and her own eyeglass purchasing experiences. This knowledge was helpful to us. We did not feel pressured to rush our decisions even though the store was extremely busy. Their service was horrible, they had us waiting for 2 hours before they got us to sit down. But as soon as someone got with us, she left for 30 minutes to go assist someone else. They have a pitiful selection of glasses and they were not very nice. Would not recommend

It was great. There was a long line ahead of me and I was told approximately how long it would take to get to me. They called when it was my turn and I went in and my glasses were done in 77 minutes. They are excellent.

Fastest and most accurate place I ever got glasses will refer any and everyone I know there. Has a wide range of styles so its easy for anyone to come in and find an enjoyable frame that fits them. Also has same day glasses which is always great no more waiting days for glasses (with exceptions obviously). I got both of mine same day within 90 minutes.

I found the perfect frames and Danielle and Jasmine were GREAT! They gave the best customer service with a smile. I enjoyed the experience overall and the process didn’t take long at all!

Had a wonderful experience with eye mart in Hattiesburg. I haven’t bought glasses in several years due to mostly wearing contacts but needed some glasses for times when my contacts were irritating or just wanted a break from them and I could not have asked for a better experience. Very helpful staff, very good prices, and I got two pairs of glasses that were ready in just two hours that I love!

My experience started off not very good but the manager stepped up and made it a wonderful experience. The employee that helped me was very polite not real fast but good at her job. My glasses were ready in 2 hours and were right and seem to be a better quality than I expected for the price. Will definitely be back

I had a wonderful experience at the Eyemart Express in Hattiesburg. Daniele did an awesome job of finding me the frame I wanted & her attention to detail is out of this world. Always smiling & not trying to upsale you extras. She listened. I had my glasses done in 44 minutes. That’s what I call awesome customer service. The price I paid for 2 pair of glasses was extraordinary.

I went by there Saturday morning to get my son eye glasses prescription filled. They told me it would be at least one hour. They was finished with his glasses Im 11 minutes (both pair) I couldnt believe it. The service was super fast, the price was awesome and so was the stuff.

They were so patient with my daughter after having an exam under anesthesia qfter surgery, even though she was dilated and tired. They worked with her to find glasses and get every detail while still letting her eyes rest in between.

If I could give no star I would, first day glasses were made wrong . Orders more when they came in wouldn’t fit frames ( to small) than the manager ordered them, they came in wrong so today they ordered them again! I went in Christmas week and still no results a month later !

I brought a faxed prescription to Eyemart - they helped me find a similar pair of glasses, made new lenses - and then Jonathon HAND DELIVERED the glasses to the hospital to ensure a good fit. Revised after going back the next day and having a better experience. The notice to sign in, and sign in tablet, should be put in a more prominent place and somehow be made more noticeable. It is easily overlooked and people that didnt see it but have been waiting get pushed back when other customers come in after them but do sign it.

The staff is so helpful. They answer all questions but aren’t right on top of you the whole time. It’s a very pleasant experience ordering glasses from here.

I was really pleased shopping for glasses at Eyemart Express. The woman that helped me was very patient, I am known for being indecisive. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, I was expecting some sort of hidden fees tied to the Two pair of progressive lens for $76.92 but that is exactly what I paid. Once I selected my frames I was given an estimated 2-hour time frame for the glasses to be ready but BOTH pairs were done in less than 1 hour. Needless to say I was highly impressed. It goes without saying Eyemart Express has my business business for life and I will highly recommend them to anyone!!

This store will take your insurance but you cant pay out of pocket for any thiong. So you have to take only what insurance pays for no extras. I suggest by experience you go to 20/20 eyeworld in Pearl, MS who has their own lab. most p[laces send work to them anyway so cut out the middle man

I was looking for pair of prescription sun glasses for driving. There was only 1 associate working when I entered, and I had about an 11 min wait. I think they must have been on a break, because 15 min after I arrived there were 3 others helping out. The associate I worked with did not listen to what I wanted, and I had to be very specific to get what I wanted. She may have been new, or not used to working in the front as she did not appear very knowledgeable about the options, and pricing. They did a great job giving me a demonstration of the different lens types, and my glasses were completed in less than 2 hours and came out GREAT. I would definitely use this location again, although not the same associate I worked with today.
