I have always had such a wonderful experience at this eye center. Me and Marley have always used them. Great service!

I highly don’t recommend business here. I wish I could rate them lower. I brought my contacts prescription in from my ophthalmologist to order my yearly contacts, they ordered the opposite of what my doctor wanted resulting in contacts I couldn’t see out of. I brought my issue to Katira (who is extremely helpful), she informed me that she could order some free trails and it wouldn’t be a problem. Then she informed me that her manager refused to refund me or replace my contacts. The manager stated that all of the contacts had to be in the box .. but how was I suppose to know the contacts were ordered wrong if I hadn’t tried them on? This place is a joke, now I have to go the rest of the year because my insurance only purchases them once a year. DON’T bring your business here!

Great experience! Chris was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. He made sure I was taken care of as far as my prescription needs but was even kind enough to recommend eye drops when I mentioned my right eye burning from a trial pair of contacts that I had taken out prior to my arrival. Outstanding customer service and I will definitely continue to use this eye center for my contact/glasses needs!

Excellent service at this version center! I especially appreciated that they made sure my frames fit perfectly! I will gladly visit again!
