Turtlecreekmall vision works is the worst place I’ve ever been I’ve never overpaid $100 for $15 contacts and over a month in still waiting for my transitions contacts they operate this buissness from the clerks personal cell phone and the dr stunk bad and kept looking down my shirt the place had boxes upon boxes everywhere DO NOT WASTE UR TIME OR MONEY!!!! 11-01-21

Waited an hour after my appointment. No apology or explanation, so I left. Front techs were too busy chatting to help patients, it seemed. Mask requirement was not enforced. I will not patronize this optometrist again.

Ive been wearing glasses since I was three so Ive seen my share of people in the this industry and Janie is by far the best Ive ever seen. She takes care to make sure that your selection suits you in both style and fit. She genuinely cares that you are happy and if not shell take the time to figure out what thats gonna take. Product quality is also second to none. The glasses Ive gotten from here have fit better and lasted WAY longer than from anywhere else. THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE I WILL GO TO BUY GLASSES!

After my cataract surgery I was referred here to get my glasses. Becky recommended non glare lenses due to the fact that i was even more sensitive to light and glare after my surgery. She also recommended sunglasses and I ended up buying both, but I only paid for 1 pair because I was able to get buy one get one free and then my Medicare paid even more on top of the one pair I paid for. I was very pleased with her service and taking the time to help me.

The best part of Visionworks is Janie Bounds, the lady who assisted my husband with his glasses. We did appreciate the huge selection and the BOGO sale, but without a doubt, we will return due 100% to the service we received from Janie. She was so knowledgeable and helpful to us. It was evident to us that she loves her job and the people she serves. Service with a smile and the knowledge to help us with our selections.

I want to thank the ladies at vision works. They were very patient with me and my many issues. They were all willing to help me at any means necessary. I went in for lenses for sunglasses Becky took the time to give me an estimate while servicing two others customers. Great multi tasking!!! Really liked the store and the service provided when I purchased my glasses here. Rebecca did a great job with recommendations, talking me through the purchasing process, options, and follow-up appointments. I was really impressed with my visit in no small part due to her, and I will certainly be back the next time I need any glasses for my family or myself. As a side note, I thought the sheer variety and options for frames were excellent.

I work across the highway at Lowe’s, so it’s very convenient for me to drop in. However, once I was there, I received service that I would drive miles for. Amber was fantastic, honestly they all are, and when I needed help with a repair they were right on it. Helping select a new pair was a breeze too. Thank you folks for a job well done!

I got my first pair of glasses here and Becky was so helpful helping me pick them out because i had no idea what i was doing. She was very patient with me because i was indecisive on what i wanted. I was expecting to pay a lot more for my glasses but they were actually under the budget i had planned for myself. I got High Definition and non glare and i was able to get them within an hour. I will definitely return for more pairs.

Ive gotten exams and glasses at two other places in town, and neither measured my PD correctly or gave me the proper prescription. I went to Vision Works both times and they rectified that. I highly recommend them!

Nacy at reception at the optometrist was extremely friendly and handled everything very professionally and with a great attitude, the Dr was relaxing, usually I get nervous during exams but talked with me about college and got my mind off him being so close to my eyes, lol. Janie over at the actual vision works was so helpful in picking the right frame, a lot with other staff because I’m so indecisive. She seemed eager to help and had a fantastic attitude. My glasses were done so quick too!! 10/10 going back for next appointment!!

1. I went in with my wife, the one guy up sold us on everything.2. I bought a frame for sunglasses, and when we got those, the girl told us they could just order lenses for my current frames, saving us some money. When we came back on the day that they suggested, the sunglasses were not finished (they ran out of tinting fluid), and the lenses couldn’t be put in that day due to some reason.3. About two days after getting the lenses put in for my old frames, the frames broke. The lenses they ordered were too big, and instead of working on shaving them down, the girl who put the lenses in just ignored that fact. They told me it wasn’t their fault, and that I was out of luck. (I received the old lenses, and they obviously were smaller than the new ones.)So avoid this place, unless you want to be either unsold on everything, or have your frames damaged.

All of the employees are always so helpful in helping me pick out my glasses. I can leave knowing that I have the best and look my best in my new glasses!

Awful customer service. I was ignored the whole time but they were able to help people that came in after me. I was not greeted, and I wasn’t asked if I needed help. If they would of talked to me for just a second they’d of known I had my prescription out and ready for them because al i needed was frames. Instead all I kept hearing from them was “when will this end”. I waited for 20 mins. I wish I could give zero stars to represent how many words were spoken to me.
