Employees are undertrained. Buy one get one phone free deal I was sold was input incorrectly, ATT does not honor it and the store makes me call multiple times every month for the credit on my bill - I am forced to do work for their mistake. They cant be bothered to set a reminder and do it themselves. They must hope I eventually give up and stop calling.I see another customer said they also got a BOGO deal messed up, so I dont know why the staff acts confused about it every time I call up. Its clear they did it to multiple people.
Would not recommend using this ATT store. Much better off going somewhere else.
The store employee was just slow as hell, kept having a conversation with another employee when all my mother wanted to do was pay her bill.
Stopped at this AT&T store this morning to get my daughter her first phone. Dylan was so helpful and knowledge. Not to mention patient. He took so much time with me and my family. We couldn’t be happier with the service he provided us. Looking forward to dealing with him in the near future.
I went to this store to possibly change from Verizon and to save money and get a better deal. The guy who took care of me was very nice, however he made the following mistakes when he opened the account. 1.He forgot to designate my son who lives in another State as the authorized user, 2. He forgot to give me a Veterans and/or First Responder discount even after verifying my ID and license, and 3. He sent the wrong color iphone to my son, who by the way was not able to receive the phone anyway since he was not an authorized user. Few days later my wife and received our phone and the guy who came to our house activated it. After activation I created an account to try to add my son as an authorized user, but AT&T rules prevented me to do that because 30 days have had to pass from the moment I opened the account. So now after almost a week, my son still has an old phone from Verizon while my wife and I have 2 new phones with AT&T. I called customer service, after spending 42, minutes one time and 37 minutes another time they informed me that there was nothing they can do, and suggested that I go to a corporate store instead to fix the problem. Im thinking of going back to Verizon, I dont think saving money is worth this much agita.
Very informative and explained things very well. Worked in a swift manner. Sales staff were very knowledgeable and friendly, Changing from Sprint to At&t was painless. I got a follow up phone call 3 days after I made my purchase from the store, they wanted to know if I had any concerns or questions towards my new phone. I will highly recommend this store in Hauppauge to my friends and family.
They lied to us when they said it was a buy one phone and get the other free. They made us pay for both. Atat would not try and work with me.
Under new management joe is the best by far best experiance ive ever had in this store

This place is a scam. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!The manager TOM is a liar and will tell you anything to get you to sign up. Dont believe what he saids.
