Andrew is extremely patient and thorough every time Im in his store. When there are multiple customers waiting he figures out a way to take care of more than one person at a time. I am very fortunate to have him and his store available when I need Verizon service.

Had a very pleasant experience for the first time being in this store Saad was awesome and knew everything right off the top of his head. I would recommend going to this store.

My phone was set up for me by Andrew, an excellent multi-tasking employee of Verizon. There were many parts to the setup but during the waiting periods he was able to help many other customers at a brisk pace and didnt miss a beat with my phone setup. Will probably get my next phone here.

Extremely clean with an open concept. Very little clutter. I had a issues with my wireless and fios account and they were able to help me with both. Andrew did a great job in helping me pick out a new phone and listening to what it is that I needed. I purchase liquid glass which he applied for me and some other accessories. In a day and age where all the carriers are highly competitive and their service is similar, the customer service I received here is what sets this establishment apart. If you need a new phone ask for Andrew!

Priscila was helpful and even though we were at the store after closing hours, both Andrew and Priscila helped me complete my transaction and even ended up purchasing my new Apple Watch.Great place, and even better service!

Honestly I’ve always had problems with other Verizon stores in the past, the manager Andrew make everything extremely easy, very helpful, and ended up saving me money monthly on my phone plan. Andrew was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about everything.

Didnt like their service, too much problem just to get a tv box

Came in to return my Fios equipment. The service rep berated me for returning the cables, even though the instructions by Verizon clearly stated to return the cables. I asked to speak to the manager; the guy claimed he owns the store and doesn’t have a manager. Needless to say, I won’t be coming back here for anything.

The best phone buying experience ive ever had. Dev and the guys here really take care of you. Dont even think to go too a corporate verizon store.
