I recently moved over to Simply Self Storage from another storage company. I have to say Simply Self Storage is one of the cleanest storage places I have ever seen. Paul and the other staff are nothing but professional and courteous, he helped me get set up fast and simple with amazing rates. Registered online for a great price. The manager Kathy called me within 10 minutes to welcome me and offer any assistance I could need. She met me at the door wearing a mask during this Covid epidemic. Gave me a tour of the facility & showed me to my unit. Location has early and late hours for customer convenience e . Such excellent service here! The facility is clean and well-lit, plenty of carts available to help with moving things in/out, and the staff are very helpful and responsive to questions. Kathy was a great help today - made an online reservation for a 2nd smaller unit while moving and she called to confirm within minutes. She answered all my questions when I got there and she is always so helpful.

This was my first time ever renting a unit. From start to finish, Kathy helped me tremendously, answering any questions I had and making me aware of other info I wasnt aware of. The place was super clean, well lit and safe. The added safety features made me feel like my things are super protected and not accessible by literally anyone but me. Thank Goodness for this place! Kathie is wonderful and I would recommend their large, clean, affordable space. Every worker was so helpful and honest. The facility was impeccable and easy to move stuff in and out. So many furniture Dollys I was able to move a piano just with 3 people. Very secure I always felt my belongings were safe. When they could give me a financial break they did. When I was moving and needed temporary storage Simply Storage was the only place that tried to safe me money and actually did. Kathie thank you!

I first met Kathy when I came in to rent. She was more than accommodating to any requests I had. Paul is nice in the office as well. Great to have an indoor, clean, safe (lots of cameras) to store your things in. And have friendly people in the office to speak with if you have a question or issue. I moved out of state, otherwise I would have kept my unit there.

This place is the bomb. We moved in a rush from Brooklyn to Long Island last month, and were heading to a competitor to open a storage unit. When they didnt answer their phone after 3 calls to ask how long we would need to fill out the paperwork, we decided to find another company. We were so surprised and grateful when Kathie said she would wait for us past their closing time to check us in, and that the price was less than the place we had been headed. Kathie had our lock, documents and welcome bag ready when we got there. She was bubbly and cheerful, and turned the situation into a hilarious fun activity (who would think moving would be fun lol?).The space is exceptionally clean and well lit. Lock and door work great. Entry to building is smooth and secure. We highly recommend this storage facility!
