Excellent location. I went there yesterday, got an HP laptop, i wasnt happy with it for various reasons, went to bring it back today and got a Dell gaming laptop that i am VERY VERY happy with. The associate did a good job, i knew all the details of the rental up front and nothing was hidden. The exchange was handled very professionally and I look forward to doing business at this location again in the future.

I have been dealing with this particular store for 14 years and they are hands-down the best around. Amazing customer service from all of their employees. I have yet to meet another manager in retail who seems to genuinely enjoy dealing with the customers as Frank.

Business is what it is, people will always complain. My family has done business with this branch over 10 years and me personally about 3. Maintained alot of the same staff, always friendly and super helpful, never takes me more than half an hour to get what I need and leave, never had any issues and theyve worked with me the few times I needed to delay a payment. I had an issue with a used device I purchased and they swapped it, was in and out in five minutes, no questions or additional fees. I always have fun when Im in there, its always casual small talk and no aggressive up selling like Im used to with similar businesses. A+

The store mgr Frank is always friendly, smiling & ready to help you find anything you need @ a price you can afford. I was skeptical at first about renting household items but me experience has always bern GREAT with ALL the staff employed there including their delivery drivers. If you need to rent anything, GO TO THIS RAC!! You wont be disappointed. I send everyone there!☺ Even if you run into trouble making a payment here or there, they are always willing to help you find a solution that DOES NOT include returning your item(s). TOP NOTCH ALL AROUND 😆
